AN EXCELLENT STORE. Staff are all very warm and helpful. Prices are attractive and if you ask, you might get a discount.
Bing Lee has all the range you need. Try them; you will be happy that you did.

I purchased an air fryer using the con-tactless pick up. Whilst the goods were placed in my boot by a staff member I still had to sign a document for receipt of the goods. I touched the staff members clipboard and pen.

Purchased solar panels for my CCTV cameras, easy transaction.

Rang the next day to purchase a pair of hair clippers, $79 on their website but $69 on the Shaver Shop website. I rang to ask how I can get that price when ordering online, but the guy at the Blacktown store refused to price match. I guess the fact the Bing Lee website says they price match is a lie.

I visited the Blacktown store over the weekend looking for a TV. After coming from the Harvey Norman from across the carpark where the sales guy was pushy and very uninformative, I found the sales guy at Bing Lee Blacktown super helpful. Very knowledgeable in the product, great service and very personable. He was humble and not pushy at all.

I purchased bosch gastop and extractor fan on 9th april got told they had one in stock in queensland but didnt hear anything back so got in contact with them and was told lady would get back but didnt phoned today but was told lady would get back aftr she had her coffee still waiting there customer service stinks but they still have my money and i dont have my goods

Bing Lee is a well known electrical / computer retailer in Sydney. When we visited there i noticed staff were pre occupied and it appeared not interested in serving customers.

My wife organised the washing machine and when we needed to pick it up, we used afterpay to buy and pay the machine off.

All we had to do was show the paid paperwork to Harry in the loading dock and get our washing machine. Have to thank Steve for helping us out.

Gave our paperwork to the guys in the loading dock and they helped us load it into my vehicle and that was it.

I would come back to this Bing Lee at Blacktown, they seemed helpful and able to negotiate on price.

A year ago I bought a soundbar at Bing Lee, Blacktown. While it was still under 2yrs warranty, the device failed to power on after a year. I took my faulty soundbar to Bing Lee Blacktown. The young sales person looked at the sound bar for 3 seconds andsaid he can't take the item for replacement check because he saw a tiny cockroach in it and told me the cockroach might have "eaten" the power cables. Which was a ridiculous reason. I went again after a week and someone else took the device for replacement and I now have a refurbished soundbar. Also I had to fight with an elderly salesman debating the warranty was 2yrs while he kept saying it's just 1yr without checking. None of the sales person here trust you when you go back to them with a faulty product to be replaced. Somehow they have this frustrated expression in their face always.

Very disrespectful staff. The staff need training on customers service, especially in a retail environment.
I called to enquire about a product and was told that they had one more left. I then drove over 35km to the store, only to be told that the only available one was the display item. It had scratches all over, as expected of a display piece. I expressed my displeasure about not being informed when I initially called but there was no acknowledgement or apology, Elizabeth ended up walking out on me, after offering only $22 off a $1100 product. I obviously wouldn't pay same as the advertised price, so I asked for the manager. Stood around for ages, given odd stares and frowns. I felt very uncomfortable for even daring to ask for a further discount. Discount offered was still low for an ex-display stock. I was ready to pay for a new order but was advised it was no longer possible. I have been to other Bing Lee stores. The experience was not particularly fantastic, but the Blacktown experience was the worst. Maybe the business structure does not motivate staff, I don't know. 2 hours wasted! Will never go back there that's for sure! Pity they didn't have the item in my local ** store, you always feel welcome and respected there, even if the price isn't right for you!

Bing Lee itself is pretty okay, but avoid blacktown's at all cost. Go to prospect or something. Everyone here was rude as hell.

The product I received is completely fine, but the service was horrendous. From the five staff workers all together laughing, staring at everyone and not helping any customers, to the rude person behind the counter when I was purchasing something from them. I'm honestly glad they don't get a commission with purchases because there is absolutely no way they deserve it.

Especially the person who handles the transactions.

Great staff. Dealt with Carlene and Steve.ordered a new model fridge which was out of stock but they still managed to order one and deliver at the fastest possible time. Bing Lee Blacktown is highly recommended.

I purchased Bosch dishwasher online with installation person who cam found inlet pipe was short as per our fixtures he arranged additional pipe and done job the price for same MODEL i found cheapest compared with other online stores

Fantastic service. Offered price match and shown floor stock for the product we wanted which significantly reduced our costs. Delivery is also more reasonable than competitors. Highly recommend!

5th May 2020,4: 58pm. I had Carlene finalise my payment at the front of the store, when she had given me the total cost of everything i handed her the cash to her response telling me if i knew how to count. She then gave me the total again which ended up being a very different number and she started mumbling under her breath. After i was given my receipt and i was waiting for my product to be brought out from the back she randomly yells at me where did i place the paper she gave me, the lady who served me on the floor noticed how rude she was being and even rolled her eyes.
Before all of this began, at the start when i entered the store i stood at the front counter needing assistance and she turned her back to me refusing to help.
Poor customer service from Carlene.
