I was very impressed by the friendly staff who helped me choose a printer, couldn't be happier with what I ended up with! This shop will be my first stop whenever I'm in need of any electronic goods.thanks again guys:)

We went into your Armidale store on Thursday intending to buy a coffee machine, but there was absolutely no service. A woman greeted us as we walked in but never asked if she could help us. We stood around for nearly 15 minutes while a woman chatted on the phone that went on for the whole time we were looking. There were two woman at the front cashiers desks talking, and apart from that there was only the woman who spoke to us and the other one on the phone, she could see us but never asked if we wanted any help, or that she would be with us in a minute - so we walked out.

Bought both a computer and vacuum cleaner from Bing Lee Armidale this week, the best shopping experience I've had in ages. Huge thanks to David, who's knowledge, manner and service could not be faulted in any way! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for electrical goods, I will definitely be back to shop with him in the future.

First time I purchased with BING LEE. Ordered online Asus VIVOBOOK FLIP 14” same day collection. Service was Fast and furious. Couldn’t be more happier with my purchase.

I bought a ASUS VIVO laptop recently form Bing Lee. The order was processed promptly and the customer care of Bing Lee, Armidale was excellent.:)

Overpriced technology and dirty floors. You'd think with all the vacuum cleaners available. But at least the staff walk around with a smile.

I've used the online ordering system a few times now, using click and collect as opposed to delivery.
My experiences have always been fantastic. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to be helpful in your dealings, even for dunces like me.

First time customer today, I was met by David. Excellent service, friendly, informative and efficient. I was listened to and not pressured to buy anything I didn't need or want. David was able to under-cut Harvey Norman's prices. The whole process was effortless and quick, and I saved quite a bit of money. Why go anywhere else!

Staff usually get to you fairly quickly though they did lose a major sale from me after I came in 3 days running looking for a washing machine and was not approached by staff even close enough to flag them down till I went in with my mother and I'm obviously not a teen and of an age to purchase white goods.
It soured my opinion a little though at my most recent visit I got extensive Help to find a good new home phone.

Service is verry bad but store policies are honestly not good enough in this day and age if you have any customers supporting you as a business you should be supporting them if they have an issue with a product you have provided but instead they do the opposite and you as a customer get treated like dirt but thats just what iv found

Be careful of shopping hear, I have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff hear but when I wanted to take an item back their true colours came out! I was refused a refund and still to this day i have no item or money, over $510 of my cash has been forgotten about it would seem, no communication at all from this store. This manager has the line of, his way or the highway & quite an offensive manner if I've ever come across one! I won't ever shop hear again, must be such low profits keeping your cash helps the bottom line from crashing, They even try to tell you how to speak, as Aussie slang seem to upset some staff.
Should have bought my electronics' on the internet rather than supporting a local store it's cheaper & I don't have to deal with rude rubbish & overbearing managers. Now over a month later & several calls to head office I finally got my money back. This an example of extremely bad management!

Staff doesn't know their product. Telling us outright they don't have it but actually they do have it
