Bing Lee Armidale

I contacted Bing Lee Armidale store initially as they had advertised a Glem Gas Cooker I was looking at for our off-grid home. I had spent the week researching gas ovens and after hours and hours of visiting local stores and reading online information and speaking with various people.to say I was confused and overwhelmed is an understatement.

When I phoned the Armidale store and spoke with Amy all the hours I had spent and confusion I was feeling just melted away. To say that Amy was helpful is an understatement.her product knowledge and dedication to customer service was like nothing I have come across before. Amy provided clarity on so many issues and concerns I had and by the end of our call I knew without doubt I had finally found my oven.

It didn't end there, both her and her Store Manager Shaun assisted with logistics for transport in prompt and professional manner and when I provided Shaun with some feedback regarding Amy it was very clear she was a very valued team member. I can't say enough about this Bing Lee store and its incredible team of people - country people that hold the customer at the centre of their business operations. I purchase predominantly IT & small entertainment products. Price and range are excellent (especially for Armidale), but what truly sets this store is the exemplary customer service. The staff should be proud; very well done.

I recently some equipment for WFH and the service was nice especially Bronte who solved my query quite efficinently.

I bought a vacuum six months ago and it stop to work. I have been trying contact someone via email, but now the only difference is that my house is dirty as I do not have a vacuum to use.

Shout out to Amy who assisted me with purchasing a fridge, your enthusiasm and knowledge helped me decide the best choice for a reasonable price. Going to Bing Lee for the first time to buy a laptop the customer service was consistent as they assist with your enquiries. Prices aren't too bad, nothing to write home about. I'd definitely go back here again if I needed a TV or something.

The girl on the staff team was super nice in helping me find what I needed when I didn't know how to ask for what I need because it was small, and kind of odd and not something everyone would buy every day.

Its great to find a local store that has stock in town - you can get what you need same day or get it delivered. The staff on both of our recent purchases were very helpful.

You would expect that the staff would be welcoming and happy to help all customers. Except when I was there Saturday at 3: 00 in the afternoon I was completely ignored. Honestly so disappointing. The staff were doing absolutely nothing except chatting to one another. I’ve worked in sales before and this is not how you treat your customers! Won’t be returning.

Superb customer service. The lady assigned in the pay counter that day approached me as soon as I entered the store and helped out with my online order. My order is already there and my transactions done straight away.

The staff are friendly and informative ready to do a deal. With the exception of the soundbar which doesn't have the necessary cables to connect to the same TV, our other two purchases seem to be okay, though one is still to be delivered tomorrow.
