I ordered an electric throw and used click and collect. I received a call from a Bing Lee representative apologizing and advising the throw was not in stock. While this was disappointing the representative was fantastic. I received my refund in a timely manner and I am satisfied with the level of service I received. Thank You

I just wanted to say thank you to Andrew for his help yesterday with my purchase of a Yamaha Sound bar for our TV (also purchased from your store).
Andrew provided unbiased comparison information about brands and prices, without steering me towards the higher priced products. He answered my questions with a smile and in a friendly, professional manner, then carried my purchase to my car. Thanks Andrew, we'll be back.

Terrible customer service. My husband went to buy a Fitbit Ionic. Online their price was $298, the in store sticker said $349 but the sales lady said both prices were incorrect and could only sell it for $398. Sent emails to head office about it and the response was “sorry the incorrect prices have been fixed” - no offer to honour their advertised prices at all. Will never shop here again.

Great stock range, very good knowledgeable service and best if all very good discounted prices.

Went to buy a Chromecast and to ask info about a couple of other bigger ticket items. Craig Boys was extremely helpful and informative.will be back to buy my Epson printer soon! Highly recommend

Bought a fridge here few weeks ago, and the staff were very helpful, and even showed me what’s fridge suit for me. And tried their best to give me the best price.

Recently purchased a Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer & Dish Washer and the Staff member (Jason) was very helpful in sorting out all my questions and made the purchase very simple and the price was way better than i thought. Delivery was prompt and also friendly efficent guys with installation and they even took the old ones away.

I was served by a lovely chatty lady here, she knew the features of the product I was after well and even recommended other products that do similar things for future purchases. Really appreciated her! The store itself could do with a reno, just looking a little worn down

Bing Lee Port Macquarie consistently lowers advertised prices (below local & online competitor's) when asked "what's your best price? " Like a lot of other people l have to count the coins & really appreciate how accommodating sales staff are there, at the same time understanding that they too, have to keep the books balanced!

Immediate response from the store, the product was available within minutes of placing the order online, and I was contacted by a friendly staff member to let me know everything was right to go. Picking and processing took barely a minute. Will definitely use them again.
