ASKO 8KG Front Load washing machine.
What a nightmare Asko has been to deal with and an absolute lemon of a washing machine. The timeline for us has been:

28th March, unit ordered
5th Apr, machine installed
15th June, service claim as heater and barrel extremely hot and smoking.
28th June, Appliance contractor
14th July, new parts installed
4 weeks no washing machine
22nd August, service claim, melted clothes in barrel. Same issue with heat and smoking
29th August, Appliance contractor
20th September and still no washing machine.
I wouldn't touch Asko again and strongly advise to you consider to do the same.

If I could give more stars I would! What an awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly group of staff. We bought a Washing machine, Clothes dryer and a new LCD TV. The salesmen went above and beyond to answer my many questions, and talked in plain English without showing off with OTT Tech talk like their direct competitor. Super quick delivery was much appreciated too. Cannot recommend this store highly enough

Great service and selection. Staff are excellent. Prices are competitive and they are willing to look at a competitors lower price. I'd always my go to place for electrical goods.
Delivery is spectacular, it's worth buying something to see how good it is.

Staff here are awesome, so helpful and friendly. Definitely our go-to for electronics and the likes.

Bing Lee got me the TV I wanted which was not available at other competing electronic stores. Their customer service is second to none and the prices are very competitive, the delivery fee was half that of others. I will definitely be making my next electrical goods purchase at Bing Lee.

Bing Lee are always pleasant to deal with. Andrew helped us with a mobile phone without any fuss or extra selling.

So at first I thought this was an Asian restaurant but it turns out this is just some random appliance store. They've got pretty good stuff (not as good as The Good Guys) and I think the Asian name is very misleading. I called and made a reservation and it was confusing that they kept asking what I wanted to buy over the phone, I thought vacuum and TV were just some asian foods, after going to the store this makes a lot more sense.

Pretty average the furnitrure was good if you even considered though. Even then the the was? The xbox was very good, nice and white, the black ones were kind of weird looking though.overall good if you consider that it is.

Purchased a microwave. Staff were helpful but not overbearing. Satisfied with purchase and service. Displays were well stocked, clean and neat. Recommend this business.

As someone that hates to spend money this was such a great experience for all of my purchases. Linda was very informative and product knowledge was so helpful. Things I did not know or think of she talked me through what I actually needed instead of what other competitors failed to address. I recently bought an item online and picked up from the store a few days later when I could get in to shop. Very easy transaction online and very friendly staff in store when I picked up. The staff are very helpful. I had a problem with a faulty product. They replaced it on the spot. I also received a call the next to see that everything was fine.

Hopeless! Guy had no idea about the TV's. Other staff just having around talking. No interest in the customers.

Service was great right up until I submitted my gift card.all of a sudden things changed. Are the staff paid on commission? I was told that the gift card was treated as a 'return' so I had to provide some personal details for warranty? Always thought a receipt would cover that!
