They did an amazing job at repairing the roof of my unit as well as waterproofing it after the unit above mine had a pipe burst which caused concrete cancer to develop in my unit.

From start to finish their team had excellent communication, cleaned up well after themselves, were on time and beat all the other quotes.

Mark and his team were very professional and a pleasure to deal with in carrying out our magnesite removal / concrete cancer (& other associated works). BIM were very responsive throughout the process and easy to work with. I'd happily recommend BIM.

BIM were very good at accepting the job, talked the talk, once it started things changed. The project management was poor, guys sat in their van and starting late, long lunches and finish early. 1 guy was more interested in doing chin ups on the scaffold than working. The project time blew out due to the work ethic (or lack of). When questioned over the time frame BIM became defensive claiming rain days, this is not the case, it has hardly rained this year. After the job started BIM found extra work that was not on the original scope, they said they could not see the problem when quoting, which is a complete lie as the photos taken by BIM show they were on site and could see this. The finished job was poor quality, damaged installation’s, screws hanging out, not aligned properly. When questioned they again became defensive, very un-professional. Almost at the point of going to Fair Trading to resolve the defects. My suggestion, do not use them, there are many other great companies out there.

Our building was highly neglected when the EC members all purchased. Mark and his team have fixed five of the apartments thus far; including mine and the secretary's apartment, some of which were massive tasks, to a very high standard. The EC were heavily engaged in the process on a daily basis. We found any concerns were immediately addressed by Mark and Rachel and Mark was always happy to meet with us at short notice. Owners should be aware fixing spalling and concrete cancer is a very complex process that is difficult to understand and often the full cost cannot be determined until all fittings and fixtures are removed. We continue to wish Mark and his team well.
