The team have conducted various remedial repairs to strata buildings and private homes in recent years. We value BiM’s quick response and solid workmanship, reliability and professionalism. We can always rely on this team to follow up issues with our properties and provide timely and enduring solutions.

Our company knocked these guys for the Maintenance of a commercial building. The roofs and concrete were so damaged it was risky to work in there. With their highly trained team and workers BiM solved the problem amazingly with minimal disruption.

We found Harry, Olivia and their team cost-effective, great communicators through the process and timely when we needed them to come and do our work. They were able to save walls, navigate the problem and solve it in a 24 hour period. Much, much better than other remedial style contractors we've dealt with. Happy thanks.

We have been working with BIM for over 4 years trying to finish the works to our courtyard. BIM have had to re-do every aspect of the job due to poor trademanship. Communications have been poor since day one, separately we assisted them in lodging an insurance claim against their contractors to rectify the issues and the works have still not been completed on time or to a satisfactory standard. We chose to support a local building company and have never been so disappointed. Sadly after may years of waiting and the works not being completed we cannot recommend BIM. I am happy to update this post should the experience change between now and the job completion - I am hoping this is the case.

The communication with the manager was no less than appalling.
- tradesmen turned up on a day to start work and I wasn't told and was not able to let them in
- had to chase up communications to get answers from the manager
- completion payment was invoiced before the work was completed
Would not recommend the company due to this poor experience.
The work carried out by the tradesmen was of good quality.

Our strata has also experienced first rate of builder's warranty period that is guaranteed by BIM. When we found out that part of BIM work need to be revisited as part of warranty work, Mark Meredith took charge from day one and prioritised the warranty work promptly. Our strata plan was treated with up-most urgency and the repair work was treated and finished in 2 weeks. Great communication, very knowledgeable team! I had to deal with concrete cancer in my unit and they handled everything between myself, Strata and my insurer. After that I have referred them to my landlord clients and they always have a very positive feedback.

Highly recommend this company.

There receptionist was a pleasure to deal with, she answered all my questions as i had no idea what was going on or how to deal with my strata with the issues i was facing.

Strata forced me to get 3 quotes but they were still the cheapest and did an amazing job from start to finish!

Mark came out and did a free site inspection 3 times.ive never heard of a company doing that. I cannot thank you enough for helping repair my mothers unit. It means the world to me.

BIM recently completed remedial work to an Edwardian shop facade in Mosman and they were excellent. Their communication, workmanship and co-ordination of all work including liaising with Council, engineers and the tenant was undertaken quickly and efficiently for a great result.

Terrible service, a job that was supposed to last 1 week lasted a whole month, and the only way to get updates about what was delaying the works was by asking the workers, given that the Project Manager would not get in touch with the tenants even when it was asked numerous times, and when confronted about it, she was rude
Will not recommend this company, not for the lack of skill from their workers, but for how inefficient and lack of professionalism from the people in charge

Great work, well worth the money to repair my concrete sub floor in my apartment from the concrete spalling.a tennant in the same unit block as me sold her unit as she felt "Overwhelmed" by the option of having to pay for the repairs to her damaged subfloor in our unit block (whole unit has concrete spalling). She chose to sell her property and lost about $85,000 on the sale.

Their team was swift to give my strata a quote, start repairs and i ended up being able to sell my unit for a higher price than the other tenants due to repairing the issue which only took a few days.
