Bill Chen and his team did a great job helping us with the house move. Bill came to our place and visited the destination to ensure his truck could go through the drive way. He then recommended the best time to move and an estimate of the effort. After that he sent a great team of 3 men, who were clever in assessing the best way to move heavy things like our piano and teak furniture. They were also humorous and good to work with. And finally they were very honest with the charges. Overall a great experience and I will definitely recommend them as well as use them again!

I really highly recommed bill removalists, had bokked somwone else to move me last saturday from Kellyville to. Kellyville, unfirtunally the comapny not showing and took deposit, my friend have me bill no and i call him, he always, "saying dont stress, Ill be with you" he made me feel better after let down by the previous comapny, and be charge better rate than what i surpord to pay, for the team in1 hkur after the comunication, got my job done by proffetional way and polite, the services was amazing, i csn not say enoght about this comapny, they are professional, capable, careful, friendly, thoughtful, and great tbriugbout the entire move

Bills Removalists were great. We had to move from Parramatta to Penrith and everything was moved quickly and carefully. We will move with them again when the time comes to move.

Bill removalists were very friendly, worked very efficiently and were rather cost effective in moving our daughter's stuff. Though I (dad) helped out by dismantling some of the larger Ikea furniture the night before to smooth the moving process, I was impressed by how they went about their work. Bill's Removalists Sydney helped us with our move. JJ and Bruce worked relentlessly, like machines, to get us all packed up, moved and unpacked in a record time considering the volume of things we had. 5/5 stars is too little for these guys! Would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

I would highly recommend Bill removals. They were fantastic. They moved us quickly, efficiently and with no damage to any of our possessions, including pulling apart and re-building all our beds. Any time there was a problem (and there were only a couple of minor issues) they told me they would handle it and not to worry. It was a very stress-free move.
And they did it all for a really good price.

Bill and Alan helped us to move today. We have no parking available at the place we were moving from. Bill was flexible and thought of a quick solution for us. They were both very efficient and took care of our things. They were smart and helpful in troubleshooting, which made the whole process so much smoother. We moved to a suburb 20 minutes drive away. The move took around 3.5 hours and the price was very good. I would recommend Bill Removalists Sydney.

Absolutely amazing, I was going to go with another company until the day before moving but they were not responsive so I called Bill. So so so happy I did, they were efficient professional and careful. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I've used Bills Removalists three times now and have had friends and family use them and honestly I have never met better movers. They're very efficient, professional and super lovely to deal with. I've moved white ikea furniture with them all three times and not a single scratch on any item. The price is amazing value and other movers in the market truly don't compare. Terrible experience with this company. They did not show up.

Booked a move at 8am on Saturday morning. Bill said he would send two 4 tonne trucks and confirmed via email a week before the move, but no one showed up on the day. My partner (who arranged all of this) tried calling multiple times in the morning but his calls kept going straight to voicemail. I called the same number multiple times and a it rang out a few times but Bill finally answered. He told me to give him a few mins to find out where his employees were and hung up. Ten minutes later, he still hadn’t called back so I called again and he said he was afraid that the men he had assigned the job to weren’t going to show up because it was raining and they didn’t want to get wet.

It was very suspicious that my partner’s calls would not go through, yet mine did. We believe Bill simply blocked my partner’s number (which was used to make the booking) to avoid confrontation as he knew no one was showing up to do the job. He only answered my call as he didn’t not have my number saved.

We booked TWO trucks. How is it that BOTH drivers decided not to show up on the day without informing their boss? It is unlikely.

Bill was very apologetic on the phone but kept blaming his staff from not showing up and did not accept accountability. Poor service!

Definately recommended, Very good & efficient service. They never stopped working & placed everything in my house where I wanted. Incredibly contentious with not bumping walls or doorways.even with the most difficult of shapes & sizes of furniture.

Never use them! They did not turn up as booked nor informed at all. When contacted (after trying few times the mobile- Land line never worked) The lady said no one is free so can do next day. Guess what! They did not turn up again. No information. Again same response from lady - no vehicle is free. Had to pay 3 days extra rent.never book them.

Wonderful service. Cant recommend highly enough. I dont know the names of 2 boys who came for us (asian physique), but they are really strong, fast and have really good attitude. They were really efficient in handling our marble top dining table, our big fridge and sophisticated bed (which I was worried). Thanks Bill.
