We had arranged multiple people to help with this very basic move of only a few furniture items and that meant organising their time too. Bill removalists called at the last minute to say they will be 2.5 hours late. We had arranged for the time specifically and Bill removalists just gave us excuses and were not helpful or sympathetic to the circumstances that they created for us - unacceptable. This company is unreliable and I will recommend that you find someone else that can actually uphold their “gold standard” that they advertise.
We had to cancel them so that they could stretch out some other poor victims time and over charge them. I guess the name Bill is appropriate. They certainly leave you with a hefty bill.

The service provided by bill removalists was excellent. The two boys were swift and were on time at my door steps. They were very friendly and willing to go the extra step in their work. They completed the work quickly and with proper care. The boys were always with a smile in the entire shifting process.
The entire relocation service and charge have been reasonable.

Excellent service. It was a challenging job moving very large and heavy garden pots. These guys were up to it and did a great job. They were punctual and friendly. I’d readily use them again and highly recommend them.

Used these guys 3 times now and they have been amazing! Unit house and granny flat and most expensive trip was still only $860! Will never use anyone else.

I have used the removal service twice now and will continue to do so. I was amazed when they managed to disemble my large bed frame and couch and re-esembled so efficiently.
Second time I used them was at a bit short notice and the peace of mind they gave me was wonderful.
They are happy to communicate through text (quicker) and give quotes before you book (transparency).
The team are very professional and were very capable and listened really well and did a great job.
