Buying a persian rug has been a lifetime dream for me so apart from finding my special rug, I wanted the experience of acquiring it to be enjoyable.

Buying a rug from Bijan was a pleasurable experience. After not being able to find the original rug I purchased on-line, Bijan offered me the choice of 3 other rugs, all of which were better quality and much more expensive than the original rug I bought. After I made my selection, Bijan contacted me on a few occasions to check on the delivery of the rug, possibly held up due to Covid delays with interstate transport. He was extremely helpful explaining all the processes that would be used which made me feel confident and comfortable leaving it with him. Plenty of time to look at rugs without being hassled. Also my water damaged rug was cleaned and mended well.
