My wife and I took a Turkish silk rug to Bijan for cleaning. The rug had not been cleaned for more than 15 years and was very drab. We were very pleased with the results after it was cleaned - the rug was much brighter and vivid.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at Bijan Exclusive Rugs. They provided clarity on what type of rug would suit my needs. Best part was they allowed me to take rugs home to try out before buying anything, which I think is the only way to really know if a rug is going to be suitable.

Bijan has a beautiful and huge selection of rugs. We have bought two - one Afghan old rug and a modern Pakistani rug with Persian designs. They are lovely and have changed the feel of our house. He also organised a clean and repair of fraying edges on an old Afghan rug of ours, which was done very well. I recommend his shop for his knowledge and expertise in these lovely rugs, and for his courteous hospitality.

Bought 2 footstools at different times. Better quality than any previous ones from other sources. Better prices as well.

Our removalists damaged a couple of rugs and Bijan were more than happy to provide advice on repairs and to arrange repairs and collection / delivery... At reasonable prices.

We aren’t in a position to buy rugs at the moment but will certainly consider them when we are furnishing our new place.

I have been a customer of Bijan Exclusive Rugs for almost 10yrs, having bought a total of 6 of their beautiful rugs and runners for our home.

Bijan and his son Ash have been amazing during this time, assisting in deciding what rug/s suit the overall aesthetic of our home. Ash would bring over as many as 5-6 rugs so we get a selection of styles to choose from (their overall selection is HUGE across the 2 stores).

We have young children and from time to time their have been "accidents". On all occasions they have been simply wonderful in repairing, cleaning and in one instance even picking up and dropping off.

I can not recommend them highly enough. They will have my business for as long as I have a house to put these works of art in!

Were able to clean expensive rug and remove stains that was previously ruined by the local dry cleaners. Shop also contains beautiful rugs. Take your rug here if you want it to be properly cleaned and get good advice on buying or cleaning your rug.

Bijan and Ash were terrific in taking in our precious Chinese Rug to have it cleaned and the fringe updated. Their knowledge and expertise is amazing, Bijan explained in detail what work and process was required to bring it back to life.
