BIG W Port Macquarie

I especially their chockolate and books sections. As to chocolates, I like to see them carry the made in Australia brands, hard to find in other places.

When you go to other Big Ws they have a bigger and better selection, Port Mac seems to get the hand me downs.

Out of stock on most lines because of covid ATM. Check stock of what you want before you go in!

A big shout out to Sally at Big W Port Macquarie store. She would have to be the most valuable employee in the store. I went shopping with my wife, who had a number of questions and Sally was polite, courteous and friendly. She stayed with us while we completed our purchases and went out of her way to help. If all shop assistants at Big W were as obliging and helpful as Sally I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Thank you Sally!

It was good haven't been to a big W that has a plant section for a long time. It was reasonably tidy, some price tags missing but that is always to be expected in big stores.

Great place for loads of bargains for all over your home as well as a great range of clothing, toys and dvds.

Ok but hope they could learn to keep up new stock especially in diecast cars such as matchbox and collectors hotwheels as they have a monopoly on the Australian market

My wife and I came from port macquarie and we love shopping at port our family still leave there

Usually well priced & tagged items, those that are not there are plenty of free scanners for customers to use. Staff are happy, friendly & knowledgeable, sometimes a little thinly spread but those about are happy to help!

The store is well designed and if you can't find what you're looking for there is always someone to assist.

Been coming to this shop for over 35 years. It's not what it used to be, but times have changed considerably over that time.

Went big w portmacquarie yesterday
Purchased toy story suitcase even though had small scratches
Told lady after she checked nothing was in bag that zipper wasn’t working properly
She told me cause nothing in there that’s why so was purchased before we left the store I checked it again wasn’t cause nothing was in there
So asked lady on door if they had any more out the back if she could find out she said I don’t know walked away
I kept standing there about 5 mins she decided to ask someone on checkout what do I do
The lady told me she didn’t know if there was any more out the back and take it off the shelf told her they were more scratched and dinted
She told me that kids take them down run around shop with them and if u don’t want it scratched in shop buy one that doesn’t scratch
I don’t know why she would blame kids for doing all those suit cases it’s just excuse
So for blaming kids got refund don’t think I will shop there again

Best customer service! Every time I ask for help, the staff member actually walks us to the right area instead of just pointing. And those bargain bins are awesome if you spot them! And recently they had a free book for kids! I should have taken one for myself because it looked really good! Love BigW shopping at Settlement City in Port. They're really great and make the experience easy and enjoyable.

Small airport, but that's the way I like it. Easy to navigate around. Friendly staff and easy taxi service availible.they are buzy expanding the airport. Bigger planes more space and even better service.

A reasonable size shop. They have a pretty good range of goods and it is conviently located inside settlement city. The biggest problem is finding parking, we have been there dozens of times and it's always a challenge to find a spot

Great shopping environment but the parking around the shopping center is a bit of a pain or lacking

So easy with Big W. I shop online run in the next day and takes no time to pick up. Lots of great value shopping here for everything from skincare, makeup to pet food, all my household needs and can afterpay

Had photos uploaded and printed. Very disappointed with the quality, prints came back looking nowhere near as clear as what the screen showed, and some look like they've had water washed over them.
