BIG W Port Macquarie

A reasonable size shop. They have a pretty good range of goods and it is conviently located inside settlement city. The biggest problem is finding parking, we have been there dozens of times and it's always a challenge to find a spot.
The store has had a minor makeover in late 2021

Very nice place to shop with great pricing, the store is very well laid out and we were able to find what we wanted very easily.

Got screamed at by a worker who accused me and my friend of throwing a ball of which we did not do.

It's OK, different from Sydney Central like Ashfield or Leichhardt Woolies, like little bit expensive thou.

Always good products and stock, staff are friendly, really disappointed that they don't stock anything larger than a DD size bra, seems to be a regular thing in other stores like target just a shame that I can't buy bras for myself anywhere. They need to cater to larger sizes.

Generally has good range, staff are friendly and helpful when needed, needs to have longer trading hours considering the size of the town Port Macquarie.

Visit this store weekly. Love browsing around and lots of product choice. Great electronic section with helpful staff.

There is much to choose, from baby stuff to household items. It's a pleasure to drop by every now and then. Nice retail therapy after just being at home with a baby.

My click and collect experience was met with a lovely lady who was able to help resolve my issues, it was a lengthy wait but the staff were very helpful

One thing I like about big W U can get big sizes in man's clothing it can be hard finding clothes for man in big sizes, sizes arrange to 8 extra large, it can get busy to find a car space so I normally go to the under car parking but park up top always seem to find a space. Its a store with a bunch of stuff. Bought a bike and a fishing pole, grabbed some cleaning products and some candy on the way out.

Online service isn't great so many times items seid they where instock and paid for items but then got a email 10min later saying out of stock and a refund was on the way.

And on Christmas I used a giftcard but some items I ordered where out of stock they where going to send a refund but I never got it 6 months later and nothing I lost $20

We (my kids and I) had been 'squishmallow' hunting for DAYS.we finally scored big time at Big W. Thumbs up for always stocking the latest toy trends!

Friendly staff able to help direct you or offer more information about products if required. Generally well presented store and staff on checkouts which is important to me.

I have to go in to Big W to purchase Jarrah cinnamon latte, it's the only place now that stocks that flavour, I am annoyed to only find 7 tons left on the shelf, I bought all of them, but theres only about 12 on the shelf at any other time get a pallet of them on the floor, so you never run out, no brainer really.
