27Ordered a drink. 3 staff working and none of them bothered to make a drink until I prompted them that I ordered a drink. Service is awful! Instead of focusing on customers and their orders, one of them even proceeded to do other things. Please train your staff properly!
Maybe good food but the reception is rude and cold and disgusting, she talks to the staff behind the whole time, feels we are invisible. She should be fired and replace with someone has basic hospitality knowledge.
I was about to buy something in the shop. When I was looking at the cakes, the worker their bumped into me really hard and did not say sorry.
Then no smiles or greeting when she served other people, major turn off so i left the shop.
If that didn’t happen i would of bought something
Love the peach drink. But the service sucks, I mean why the staffs at check out always have that long face? I've been there for at least 6 times and the staffs always acting like so unhappy. I love the products from here but I think you guys should really pay attention to the efficiency of the service and friendliness of the staffs.
I have spent over $600 in this chain store with my membership over the last few months but the service is appalling. They constantly forget to put in the member 10% discount and I ALWAYS have to remind them. Today they forgot again and they charged me extra. When I complained the staff scoffed at me saying it was only a few cents in Chinese to their coworkers. Unfortunately for them I can understand mandarin.
I let it go the first few times but I argued today due to their condescending attitude and they did not offer the refund back to my card. They said I had to come to the same store again and they would deduct the amount they owed. There was no writing or anything, it was really weird.
If you can't uphold your membership policy why have these benefits? I feel like I have been cheated of my money.
2 stars bcus the food and drink is amazing despite the horrible service.
They should probably fire most of their workers, horrible service. Making up random policies just to avoid loyal customers who paid for a membership card from getting a discount. Even heard them speaking in Chinese about what a hassle it is for us to get 10% off. This is not a one time occurancr. If its too hard to scan a qr code, maybe find a job elsewhere.
