So disappointed. The watermelon crush tasted so bad, taste like a honey tea drink, no watermelon taste at all! Will never come back again!

The bread looks so nice I bought a few of them.but the taste are really average especially the mochi bread, super hard, couldn't even chew.

Drinks are generally good, but there is one staff playing his phone not hearing me waiting to order. I ordered durian mango supreme but it turned out to be mango supreme. Where is the durian?

I originally gave this place 3 stars, but I came back to give them a second chance an figured to try something more experimental on the bubble tea menu. This mango drink, included a soft serve, and real mango pieces on the bottom, including pearls, tasted DELICIOUS. Still only 4 starts since the price was around $10 and the place lacks an inviting athmosphere.old review: pretty average tbh, has a nice location but the drinks weren’t remarkable

Really delish bubble tea, at a great location in Darling Square. Had the pomelo with black pearls. The parks were a nice texture and there were little pomelo bits, which were a nice touch.

Honestly though, is hard to justify $10 for a bubble tea, even if it is pretty good. They do use natural ingredients, but it's hard to make the place a regular habit.

Service was fast on a busy Saturday night.

We had great time celebrating small EXOL anniversary at Bengongs tea. We enjoyed drink, cake and food. It open pretty late as well if you are thirsty and hungry at late night. Thank you Bengongs tea for today. Will see you again.

It might seem comparably pricey, but soooo yumm! The baked goods are super fluffy and delicious, and the tea is pretty nice too.

Came to bengong for a kpop event and was surprised with how good bengong is! The drinks are really nice and have way cooler flavours compared to other tea places, and there are also nice breads! Like a tea place and bread top in one! Love the place!

Went to have brown sugar bubble tea. After that my stomach felt funny. And my boyfriend got serious stomached. I assume there is something wrong with it. Never had this issue when we had boba tea tho. We only had meal around 12pm and had boba around 8 pm.

Highly recommend the grape slush and the bread! They used real fruits for their fruit teas instead of artificial flavoring

WORST BENGONG BRANCH.
I BOUGHT REGULAR MILK TEA WHICH I ALWAYS BUY FROM BURWOOD AND LIVERPOOL BRANCH BUT THIS BRANCH IS THE WORST. TASTELESS

COULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT WATER.

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Just a coconut boom boom drink. No other customers so we got it very fast. It is a nice bottle of coconut water, coconut milk and coconut jelly. Some lychee bits there but I think they got in by mistake? Tastes quite refreshing tho.

Asked for melon honey dew and got nothing that I asked for she looked also annoyed, if you don't like your job kindly quit it and stop making everyone else pay for it. Drink tasted disgusting!

The cheese pastry was fake. They made it look a quarter of a cake that was cut out but it was really just a thin bit of cheese paste on a cut cake.

The White Grape Smoothies is a drink of happiness.a must try.

Nice cakes. I like the Grape Smoothie. However the amount of tea and level of sugar tend to be different every time I purchase it. Once it was wonderful with the tea smell and the other time it was too sweet. If you could work this out (for the other drinks as well) it would be awesome.

Great drinks as always, like the wuwu series but.please bring back the cherry drinks i like them the best

I can't say their service was good. Taste was normal.

Each person feels different taste. So i think visiting it one is not such a bad thing.
But don't expect good service.

Their ice cream and teas were quite nice. I enjoyed the pearls. Service was so so. They weren’t rude but they weren’t nice.

Very slow service. Now reading the reviews, seems the service in this place is definitely not great. They seem to wait til the order is on backlog before paying attention to making the drinks. Please improve.
