We bought a property from Joe Bousimon and found out the lock is damaged after we had to get locksmith to open the door on our first moving day. No offer to sort out the issue or any solutions is made when we requested help from Joe Bousimon, the removalists had to drop all furnitures in the garage and we had to lift them all to the room later. Unprofessional communication, no care was shown and we are still trying to get compensation for the $370 paid for a damaged lock of a purchased property. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Jimmy was an excellent help to us, he talked us through the entire process and gave us heaps of useful advice on how best to maximise our unit's appearance for potential buyers. He hooked us up with some great contractors and gave prompt and thorough feedback on each viewing of our property so that we could make improvements. We were away on holidays and we were very keen on looking at this property. Luckily for us the amazing Simon was able to book in a private inspection.
