Terrible renting experience because of Belle Property. No communication from Property Manager - we had 4 in 12 months. Never replying to emails or advising about repairs. When we had covid they wouldn't help organise someone to collect rubbish once during 14 days. Please be aware before signing your lease, we wish someone of told us what we were getting into renting with them.

Jimmy is not true on his words he is the worst person I have ever seen he isn’t at all helpful and just speak without background work he doesn’t live up to his promises as would promise you something and then will get the deal done without even informing you with someone else so you end up wasting your time, energy and emotions behind the house which isn’t going to be yours.

We previously had our property listed with 2 other agents and unfortunately had no luck, theirs a saying 3rd times a charm! Simon’s local knowledge and client/customer relationship makes him the successful agent he is. I would highly recommend any future seller or buyer to work with Simon and the team at Belle as together they are a force to be reckoned with.
