Nick is a great agent and we are extremely fortunate to have engaged him. We found Nick to be ethical, trustworthy, calm and very experienced, particularly in the Coogee area. Clearly Nick's credibility was not only seen by us but also potential purchasers which undoubtedly was reflected in the fantastic result we achieved from the sale of our unit. Nothing was a bother for Nick as we resolved issues with the unit in the lead up to the sale. Nick's sale process most definitely was a key to the result we achieved. Nick was able to quickly engage with buyers, which included his network and data base, to create healthy buyer tension to achieve a result beyond our expectations - which in the current "interest rate hike" market was not easy.

If you are a tenant and want to rent a place, NEVER NEVER NEVER go with Belle Property! They are the WORST! No exception! If there was zero star rating, I would give them zero stars!

My partner and I rented a two bedroom apartment at Coogee from this agency in March last year. As we moved in, the apartment was disgustingly DIRTY! There have been even food leftovers on the kitchen floor. Dust was everywhere. Dishwasher, oven and cooktop were oily and very dirty!

When we moved in, we found out the dishwasher, cooktop and the skylight window in the bathroom were NOT WORKING! The storage cage was OCCUPIED! How can you let this happen before you rent an apartment out?

We contacted the agent Sagar and the manager David countless times. It took ages to get a response!

We had to wait for 5-6 months to get the dishwasher and cooktop changed. We couldn't use the dishwasher for 5 months! Also we could only use one of the four burners of the stove while the fire was tiny. It took us ages to cook one meal for only two people!

The oven was also not cleaned before we moved in. We asked the agent to find someone to clean for us several times. Sagar just IGNORED our emails.

The storage cages remained occupied by another party during our entire tenancy.

Overall, it was a very very BAD experience. My partner and I were deeply disappointed from this agency!
My advice: DO NOT CHOOSE Belle Property!

We approached Nick Simitzis with our dilemma: how to sell our apartment while leased with a long term tenant (in a pandemic fueled panic we had leased it out prior to recognising that it was actually time to sell). Nick spoke with the tenant, considered how the apartment presented in that setting and after weighing up several alternatives, suggested that we try selling it 'off market'. From time to time Nick found potential buyers and showed them through. Nick always kept us updated and helped us understand what 'the market' was doing. At one stage, we had second thoughts about selling and Nick supported us 100% to explore that option further. It took a while before Nick found the right buyer. But, when he did, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an impressive offer that we were pleased with. Throughout the process, Nick's advice and calm manner was extremely helpful. The decision to sell 'off market' saved us a lot of money and still resulted in a great final sale price, prior to the expiry of the our tenant's lease.
