Huge thanks to Gabriele Scarpa for all his help as property manager for our apartment. This year we've had water damage from the flat above, insurance repairs and cleaning emergencies; all requiring Gabriele's steady, calm and hands-on support. He returns calls promptly and is solution centred which is a great relief during critical repairs and when we need advice about the lease. Thanks Gabriele!
