We recently sold through Belle Property Newtown (Enmore), and highly recommend them if you're looking for someone to get the job done properly with no hassle and a fantastic result. Our house in Enmore was absolutely dead in the water, listed with another agency. I think I had nearly lost hope that we would be able to sell the house. I think the agent was feeling the same way. Anthony told me he was confident that he could sell it, so we signed with him and he had a buyer with a very solid offer within 2 weeks, despite the strange COVID market quirks.

Everything was done at very professional level, from pictures and ad layout, to liaising with the tenants (the house was tenanted), to negotiations, keeping us abreast of updates, and follow up. Bottom line is that they delivered when others couldn't.
