Absolutely disgusted in how I was spoken to by real estate property manager Paul Clarke. I was simply calling back from them calling me in the morning when I was busy and when asking in regards to what property it was the man yelled at me saying that I should know what property I’m calling about and that I needed to ‘be more organised’. Do not trust this man or this group because a stranger abused me over the phone for no reason. If I could give 0 stars I would. Belle Property maybe you need to give your property managers a lesson on human decency.

Robert Lapic is one of very few agents in Sydney that operates with the utmost integrity and honesty. He gave a guide, kept us up to date with changes and ran a winning campaign for his vendor and for us the client. He made himself available at all times for us to do our due diligence and when the time came to do buisness, he asked for offers and then gave everyone a best and final. Paul shows a level of care and understanding that isn't usually afforded to prospective tenants. It was nice to be shown a home and be treated with respect, rather than what one usually experiences when looking for a rental in Sydney, like you're auditioning for a starring role in another iteration of the Hunger Games. We didn't end up renting with Paul but I know who to call when we're ready to buy.

I just want to say thank you to Joanna Lu, she did a great job managing my apartment, She is well organised, efficient and a pleasure to deal with at all times. She is very experienced property manager. She knew how to find suitable tenants for ur property. Also she is a very fair person, not only treat the owner nice also treat the tenant nice too. What I know about Charles Bailey is that he achieves the best price for your property. He is relentless in ensuring that you get great results.
