Belle’s Rental Team are so disappointing - Over the past year there have been financial errors in reports, inability to organise tradespeople efficiently, lack of communication with tenants, slow response to emails and terrible recommendations of trades to use.
I think the staff in rental department are just over loaded and have little time to deal with matters properly. They seem to burn out and leave.
For an “ elite” agency BELLE are not worth the higher costs associated with using them.

Adrian and David were great in helping us sell our home. Super responsive, knowledgable and with great ideas. We sold quickly, at the price we wanted and felt looked after as we sold our home of many years.

To their credit they are quite responsive and solve problems with the property very well.
However, their financial management systems are appalling - multiple bills for the same thing, with the same invoice numbers, but claiming different amount are sent. You receive these multiples bills for the same thing via email, text and post and nothing every reconciles accurately.
Then they debit whatever they want regardless of accuracy.

We have had loads of major building renovations to our rental property which has been very challenging.we would have left if it was not handled professionally by Amelia Wrightson the property manager. She has shown great skills in communication and empathy for our situation and we can highly recomend her to any future clients. The property sale was also handeled with integrety and support to the tenants. Thanks
