Monica Carollo helped me with finalising the renovation design of my unit. Without her experience of the market and the knowledge of the wants of the customers, I would have made some costly mistakes. She constantly followed up with me to ensure the contractors were performing and that I was satisfied with the quality of the finishes. Simon and the team and Belle Property Hunters Hill were exceptionally efficient, organised and responsive during the sale of our property at Hunters Hill. After interviewing a number of agents in the Lane Cove area, Patrick was the standout as to who we should go with. He has a huge amount of passion and dediaction to the job and was very easy to work with. He assisted me in selling my 'mature aged' parents apartment, and helped faciltate very inclusive communication with them throughout out the campaign via Zoom meetings and pre-lockdown, came to their house to meet with them to make their lives a little easier. He is a delightful person and worked very hard to ensure a great result for mum and dad. Communication was always excellent and I never felt I needed to chase for anything.it all came so easily from him.
