A sale is a sale is a sale. Satisfaction with the sales process from a vendor's point of view may be higher when the price achieved exceeds their expectations but may be lower if the price achieved is less than their expectations. A good or better agent will know the prevailing market conditions in context and will give careful and objective advice. If a timely sale is desired then the agent works to match vendor and purchaser expectations. My experience is that sometimes you need to balance the price you will accept with the timeliness of the sale process. I am satisfied with my experience and recommend accordingly.

Being on Belle's database created an opportunity to secure our purchase pre-auction. Simon and the team were excellent to work with. We have now sold once and purchased twice with Belle Lane Cove.

Lane Cove/Hunters Hill staff, were outstanding to deal with, always proactive with issues and my Property Manager Jacqui was delightful to deal with over the 20 months I was with them. My only regret was I could not find another place to rent through them and they certainly did try and help me find something. Smooth transactions, open communication, generally nice people. I would highly recommend this company to both rent from and to rent your property through.
