Have been using Belle property for 2 years. Been very impressed with their efficient service. Recently I’ve been dealing with Florentine and Ashleigh. They have been very proactive, and fun to deal with, would highly recommend.

I called Cathy after hearing a referral from a neighbour who made some good points about her recent experience and successful sale with Belle Poverties Killcare - an extraordinary 30 minutes sold! Cathy is economic with words and doesn’t waste time in getting you organised. A positive attitude about the features in our home - compared to the other agents, although they were professionally presented, there were the negatives creeping into their feedback language about our home and the ‘current market’. I found Cathy is all about ‘doing’ so we followed her advice in all part of the process and to bring all the elements together to result in a successful sale in 5 weeks. Cathy’s assistant, Kiara, is polite and follows up with you enquiries and concerns. In a slow market this is a great success for us and has enabled our family to move on with our plans. Follow Cathy’s advice and process and have some faith in your own endeavours.

I'd give zero stars if i could but the minimum is 1 star. We stayed at a property managed through Stayz by Belle Property Killcare and it was a horrendous experience. Book through these guys if you want to lose your bond over bogus charges such as wet towels and excessive rubbish left inside the rubbish bin. Yes i know strange right? Upon contacting to investigate these charges, your phone calls will also be ignored especially by Barbara & Ashleigh, oh and not to forget you will also be lied to.

Just leased a rental through Belle Property and couldn't be happier with their services. I dealt with Florentine and she was very efficient and professional she made the whole process very easy. I looked at the property on a Saturday and signed the lease by Thursday. Highly recommend Belle Property and thanks for making it super easy Florentine. 5stars

Cathy Baker recently sold our home for us under the Belle Private method as we partially wanted to test the market but also keep our sale discrete. Cathy was so helpful, considerate and understanding throughout the process. She made what can be a highly stressful process much easier. The best part was she achieved a new street record, a sale price almost $100,000 over our expectation, and did it all within 4 days!

Our journey with Cathy started over a year ago as buyers. We were runners up at an auction she was managing. Even though we didn’t win at auction, she has worked with us over the last 12 months to find a new property for us. Even when we were looking at other properties via other agents, she still provided her expertise and assisted us with the negotiation process. This is a real testament to Cathy’s relationship focus and her expert real estate knowledge. It only took 4 days from when the photos were taken to when we signed the contract of sale.
