In the past, we have found agents can be disingenuous and even ‘bullish’ in their dealings however upon meeting Cathy for the first time (when we were not even looking to buy/sell) we were both struck by her pleasant manner, honesty and warmth. After this first encounter, we had no questions about who we wanted to deal with when buying/selling. She went above and beyond to find us our “dream” home. She qualified our needs and only showed us properties that met the brief. She was always polite, sincere and open.
Cathy Baker is an outstanding agent- no question. However her team also deserve a considerable mention. They worked seamlessly together. They gave us just enough information to keep us informed, without overwhelming us unnecessarily with all the behind-the-scenes details. We were on a tight timeframe with beginning of the school year looming and despite our (considerable) nerves, they managed our emotions with empathy and kindness. They understood our position and worked hard to get an amazing result for us. In the end, we bought and sold within 6 weeks! An impressive turn-around even for the most skilled agents! We cannot recommend Cathy Baker highly enough. She was absolutely brilliant!

I have appointed the Belle Real Estate Agents of Hornsby and Killcare office to sell my waterfront home with a jetty in Woy Woy in October last year. The two agents Fred Whong and Baraka Leporte cooperate very well and very professionally. They really went above and beyond. As a volunteer firefighter, I was busy on fire grounds in the last few months of last year and was difficult to contact with no power and network in Batemans Bay area after disaster. Baraka could hardly reach me for arrange inspections but with his patience and hard work, we finally got in touch and successfully opened the inspection without me needing to return or worry. They sold my home at the end of January and I am very satisfied with the services of these two agents from belle, especially their patience, enthusiasm and professionalism
