Belinda worked with us to sell a character home on a main road right when NSW hit the height of the COVID lock down. As an extra degree of difficulty we were stuck in England and could not attend for the property preparation or sale.

Belinda went out of her way to keep us informed about the sale process, every step of the way. From a thorough market briefing pre-sale, great advice for presenting the house and assistance in the actual pre-sales prep - she was with us every step of the way. The house looked amazing when it launched.

The agent turned up for a scheduled inspection without the keys to the property and later the next day it was declared that the property is leased through private bid.

The front desk girl, Bridget gave the most amazing customer service I've ever received from a real estate agency

Tried to buy a property via Belle, they took days to respond to my voicemails and even longer to actually submit my formal offers to the property owner. Unsurprisingly I didn't manage to snag that property.

Started looking at a second property listed by Belle, called one of their other agents and left a voicemail but he never called me back. If I was the owner of either of these properties I’d be furious to find out that they are not working hard for me.

Have since purchased a property and sold our house with another local agent who provided exemplary service in both cases.

Lazy and incompetent. Pretty much sums up the service you get with this agency. We entrusted Belle Property Beecroft to be our rental managing agents for several years while living overseas. Moved back in to discover unauthorised alterations to our property along with damage that simply hadn’t been captured in any condition reports. Agency couldn’t care less and we were left out of pocket. Don’t trust this shoddy organisation.

Ben is a genuinely nice guy who really takes his time to build relationship with buyers and seller. His honest fresh approach ensure everyone is happy and satisfy with the process. Highly recommended!
