Belinda is the type of agent people warn you about. Polite and charming when there is money to be made; otherwise arrogant and snarky.

We made an offer on a property which was accepted and proceeded to schedule a building inspection. Belinda pressured us to sign the contract by COB, but we chose to wait for the building report. That evening, Belinda called to say she received a higher offer and our offer will be declined, which is fair enough. What was strange was she then lectured me for about 10 minutes on not signing the contract as she had request. Totally unnecessary, inappropriate and absurd.
