We have just sold our property through Lynsey Kemp at Belle Balmain and wanted to thank her and her team for their professional service and the honest way in which she conducted herself throughout the process. We are experienced buyers and sellers and would highly recommend this agent if you are considering selling. Key attributes included excellent and very regular communication, professional presentation and conduct, a connected agent with her finger on the pulse and a fee structure that was fair and equitable.

Peninsula Prop Group are not the worst Belle franchisee (Byron Bay was before it collapsed) and not the best (Northbridge- the head franchisor). We only look at PPPPL (trading name is Belle, Balmain) for our properties whenever they cut fees. Try 1.2%. If you cant get a fee at half their ask just move on straight away. All this "they are just so lovely " (silly praise aimed squarely at gullible sellers, I mean who really likes any real estate agent?) v the complaints that " they are a total marketing disaster at the top end" is just a stupid debate. Markets set prices, not glossy brochures. Real estate agents are just real estate agents at the end of the day.
