Just got a great result at auction for a property in Birchgrove with Monique Dower at Belle Real Estate. They were thorough professionals from start to finish. Could not have been happier with their service.

Would not recommend this realestate unless you have a lot of money. Requested a rent reduction and they told us that any money missed would be accrued as a debt and added to the weekly rent at the end of the covid period.absolute scum. It took a month of heart ache and stress before they relented.avoid.

I followed all the instructions given by them to get my bond back as soon as possible, but they don't even reply to my emails after I handed over the keys. I emailed more than 10 times requesting the bond back as I really needed the money due to the COVID-19 situation, but didn't get any response at all.

Do not go with Bellle Property Balmain, I don't recommend them at all. Very disappointed.

To tell the buyer the property is yours, rush the buyer to come to your office to exchange, and take the deposit before the exchange, have congratulatory drinks and tell them “Sorry I have a better offer” is incomprehensible, shameless and beyond any ethical behaviour.

Very unhappy. We were completely shafted on a house purchase due to highly dubious deal mongering. Nothing illegal mind you but really stretched the ethical boundaries. When asked to explain the reply was patronising, hollow and disingenuous (expect more of the same). We would never trust that agent again.

Reviews posted by 'Petra Mccaw', 'Rachel Sproat', 'Karen Armstrong', 'Andy Mathison' and 'Annette Gibson' have all been posted under these false names by Mark Jones, who would be far better dealing with his issues through the courts rather than making malicious, 'anonymous' posts such as these. Belle Property is a professional and highly competent agency and the views expressed by Mark Jones are unsubstantiated.

We have sold 2 properties in Balmain and Birchgrove with Lynsey Kemp over a 10 yr period - most recently in Wharf Rd only a month ago and have been thrilled with her results and approach on both occasions. Lynsey is professional, optimistic and tenacious in a good way. She thinks outside the box to get you the very best result for your property. I am very surprised by some reviews I read here and it sounds like they have been fabricated. They certainly don't match our experience.

I complained to The Dept. Fair Trading about her and am hoping they take action. I prefer Sarah Lorden as an agent. We didnt like her at all when we bought. A very bitter and difficult woman.
