Greg was a delight to work with. No hard-sell pressure, great on communications, always there for me, you would think I was his only client. Mark Griffin - hands down the most dishonest, slimy, dodgy agent around.should be working Parramatta Road. You won't get an honest word from this bloke.

We met with him briefly when selling out home, but immediately became aware of his style and practices. I.e. This was during a time when the economy was suffering and house prices were predicated by all to fall. Not according to Mark; he used every sales trick in the book to try and deceive and get the sale. Seriously unimpressed, we used another agent, yet Mark attempted to then groom potential buyer, sowing seeds of doubt by telling them fallacious, negative things about our property (they were acquaintances looking at properties he was selling, who in turn told us). He told potential buyers the value of our home was almost half of what he told us he believed the value to be. Even went as low as sending a message after our sale to relay his disappointment with the result.

Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. Avoid.

Rude, and unprofessional. Stressful experience to get our bond back. Communication left unanswered in lead up to Christmas break. Had to file claim through Fair Trading. I recommend property investors to use a different agency because there was no effort from Belle to maintain any sort of relationship with us as tenants.

I already rent 2 property’s with them for the last 2 years and the attention was always excellent, great communication and always solved any of our issues.
