We had a fantastic experience selling our property with Greg and Alex at Belle. They were great from the first meeting at talking us through each step of the process and helping as think through the potential scenarios that might play out. They delivered on everything they promised at the start and ultimately achieved a sale result that we were very happy with. Everyone we dealt with on the Belle team were extremely friendly and professional which helped minimise the stress of selling our home. I would highly recommend working with Belle.

This is the third property we are lucky enough to have had Veronica as our agent. Veronica is a very special person and an extremely dedicated agent.
Veronica goes above and beyond what a regular agent will do. She is professional yet gives you personal attention and she is sympathetic and supportive during the process of buying and selling.

I can't speak to the sales department, this review is for property management.

Christine (the Senior Property Manager) is without a doubt, the most incompetent property manager we have ever encountered.

If you're renting, I would strongly suggest you rent a property through Belle Property Avalon. If you have a rental property, you want to avoid this agency at all costs.

Christine does property inspections with her eyes closed, regardless of the damage and neglect, so she doesn't have to do her actual job. She's in the 1% which gives the other 99% of property managers a bad name.

We will never use the Belle Property Group ever again.

Edit: regarding your comment about this review. I find it hard to believe what you’re saying. We reached out to your head office on numerous occasions and no one bothered to get back to us. You clearly don’t care.

A great experience with Greg and Belle Avalon Beach in selling our family home. Our family recently entrusted Greg Griffin and Chyna Schrieber from Belle Avalon Beach to market and sell our family's, home which we had held for over 50 years.
It was a very sensitive and stressful time, due to our Mothers recent passing and challenging market conditions generally.

From the very beginning, I found Greg's calm, steady demeanour and quiet confidence to be very reassuring, and his intuition, insight and experience quickly became apparent.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience trying to buy a property through Belle Avalon, they said they would keep us in the loop re offers and would let us know before they sold the home - not one phone call or text - sold without telling us and the vendor left money out there as we would of paid more than what it sold for. I would seriously think about whether or not you want to buy or sell through them.

As a tenant who is currently renting from Belle I would have to say that they are the most professional agents I have come across. Georgia and Jack have been very pleasant to deal with. It's nice to know there are agents that care about their tenants.

I wasn't really interested in selling until Mark sold a unit next door to virtually establish a new benchmark value for similar units. That sale generated enough interest to sell my unit within 2 weeks with no new marketing/ open houses, etc. A great result.
