Belle Property Seaforth are excellent. They are looking ofter our property whilst we are living in the UK and could not be more attentive, professional and responsive. My mind is at total ease knowing they are managing everything for us. I highly recommend.

I warn against using this agent. In my experience, their motto of standing by your side couldn’t be further from the truth.

We have been with Belle for over 20 years and have never considered changing, they are excellent to deal with and are always working hard to ensure everything is done properly.

I have had my properties managed by Belle for several years and found them to be thoroughly professional. Kerrie, the property manager, response to any situations has been prompt and her communication between tradies, myself and the tenant has been fantastic. I have had no concerns or worries with regard to my properties under the property management team at Belle.

As other renters' reviews have mentioned, they're all smiles to your face but try and screw you when you move out. Lived with them for 1 year and rent was always on time. They don't respond to emails and run several email addresses which they clearly don't check unless you call them up. When it came to renewing the contract, They tried to take me to tribunal for a new rental contract I had never even signed (they were extremely slow with drawing it up to the point I looked for alternatives) and clearly didn't know the process. They tried to claim all the dirty tricks in the book such as me not having sent my documents to them for the tribunal (it was in their email box for everyone to see) Oh yes, they don't check their emails. Needless to say they soon dropped the tribunal appeal. Unpleasant experience. Plus side their handy man is a fair dinkum bloke who does repairs at excellent quotes. They also tried to scare the renters after us into increasing their price by pretending there were other interested parties (there wasn't).

Best experience ever when dealing with real estate agents. Our property got sold in less than 2 weeks, Matt and Josh are really professional and keep you updated during the whole process. They always do the best to satisfy your needs. Really good experience after being decieved by other agents from different company. Strongly recommended!

I was a renter with belle property and was treated very poorly and with underlying attitude. I payed my rent on time yet every week I was getting multiple text messages and emails stating that my rent was over due. Including emails threatening eviction. This is despite me paying my rent on time and confirming multiple time with belle property that it was an issue on thier end and they would fix it. I have lived in the property over 2 months and this is still occurring multiple times a week. Obviously have no respect for thier renters and lack the understanding of how stressful it is to be constantly told you are overdue or might get evicted

We were very happy throughout the sale process with the service provided by Matt, with assistance from Ryan Spence.

They were thoroughly professional but also enthusiastic in their dealings with us. We felt very confident in Matt's depth of knowledge and experience of the market and each stage of the process of getting the house ready for sale flowed smoothly, with an excellent team of tradesmen providing material support.

Matt was also very decisive in guiding us to an excellent result at the critical point when two serious offers were made on our property.

Ryan was also unfailingly helpful and considerate in supporting us with completing necessary details.

A truly terrible real estate agent to rent with. The property management team is rude and ineffectual. They don't attend to repairs or turn up to inspections - despite making you wait around for them all day. Have rented through plenty of real estate agents in the past, but Belle Property Seaforth was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Frequently, they claim they never received your emails or argue that you received emails they never sent. They treat their tenants as if they're trash for being "just renters. " I couldn't wait to get away from this abysmal experience to a different agency - Cunninghams, just down the street - who actually respond to repair requests and care about their tenants. Do your research and you'll discover that a former property manager at this agency was found guilty for embezzling money out of Belle's trust account.shows the calibre of people they employ to looks after their rental properties!
