Bell Landscapes

Mark at Bell Landscapes was a pleasure to deal with, initially during the design process and then throughout the building of our courtyard garden. Also, all the team members that worked on site were lovely guys. The transformation is incredible; what was a waste land is now really beautiful with architectural seating, great planting and lovely lighting.

We engaged Bell Landscapes based on a couple of solid local recommendations and could not have been happier with our choice or the end product. Mark and his team were personable, professional with excellent attention to detail, and were able to translate our vision for a high end bespoke BBQ area into reality.

The project was small in scale, but complex in design and construction, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Little details that mirror internal joinery within our home and quality craftsmanship set Bell Landscapes apart from others. We would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team to others and would absolutely use them again in future projects.

Unpleasant! Booked for an initial consultation last week to discuss what needs to be done for a monthly garden maintenance and a one off garden project.

The first consultation was scheduled for tomorrow (May 28) however I received a call late today (May 27) from Tina advising if I was able to afford their minimum charge for them to maintain our gardens? Fair enough however this should have been discussed upon booking! She also explained that a construction manager will have to come out separately to look at the other project and thats only if the estimated cost is within my budget. Again this should have been mentioned upon booking.

The expectation was set from the beginning that tomorrow's consultation is to discuss both requirements but she tried to claim that she did mentioned the whole process last week which obviously not the case hence she rang today!

Now we wasted a morning where we could have met another landscaper.
Glad we have not started working together. The booking experience was enough to reflect what I will get.

I have used Bell Landscapes personally and have referred many clients to them for their landscaping needs. They are always wonderful to deal with and their communication is terrific.
