Ok if you want a basic job but not if you want a manicured and beautiful garden.
Monthly service- first time amazing. We were happy to pay for the service and have it done right.
After that a DISASTER. Left our job unfinished and plants out of the ground to wilt. I gave them a spreadsheet with pictures as requested and they still did a terrible job.
I gave them all the feedback and there was no customer care. They just wouldn't answer my calls. They are unethical, have no accountability, are unprofessional and unorganised.
The photo below is our front yard, the way it was left. It was supposed to be cleared, except for the agaves, levelled and weed mat put down. They just left it and one of the guys (Oli) left an hour early after taking 7 hours to dig up 7 plants.
Jay did a great job on the back yard but wasn't allocated enough time to finished the job by his head office.
This is really not how you treat clients who have tried to work with you though all your staffing issues and have taken time to give you feedback on the poorly done job over the past few months, with the aim to get it right.
Not cool.

Considering Bell Landscape, read our experience first!

We purchased a less than two-year-old property where Bell Landscaping had handled the landscaping, including pool tiling and driveway pavers. The overall project was a large one and the job looked and looks good. However, defects with the pool coping and driveway paving were evident before it was even two years old. The main issues were mortar slowly leaking into the pool and the bullnose portion of the tiles splitting away from the main tile. In addition to multiple loose tiles around the pool. With regards to the driveway, it was a similar issue with drummy pavers and pavers breaking away from the concrete slab below. Bell were notified of this by the original owner, however the problem was not resolved before we moved in, and we followed it up many times since. Bell took no responsibility and insisted the problem was the tiles, not their work, while repeatedly assuring us it would be sorted out and we wouldn't be left hanging. The tile manufacturer inspected and said the problem was the tiling work, and referred us back to Bell who suddenly were no longer assuring us it would be sorted out.

Getting shunted back and forth we then engaged a third-party tiler who confirmed it was an issue with the tiling work and incorrect adhesive. While sourcing new tiles, we showed the tiles and issue to two other tile companies who also told us the tiling work as at issue. Despite all the early noises of assistance, in the end Bell's only offer of rectification was to help us to pick new tiles (at our expense) while referring their original contractor to us - who quoted us more than 10K (not including new tiles), to fix his own work, which was, (in our opinion formed from the advice of industry professionals) shoddy work to begin with. When the tiler visited at Bell's behest, we also pointed out the issues with the driveway tiles, which he admitted he had done the work for Bell and told us he would fix that, but we never heard from him again. Bell also told us the Tiler might be able to spend a couple of hours to 'tidy up' the coping, but when we asked about availability, we heard nothing more.

All up we are looking at $15,000 to fix pool coping that failed within two years. We would have thought we were in safe hands with Bell Landscaping, but no-one wants to guarantee their work anymore and everyone wants to pass the buck. Disappointed is the least of our feelings. Pics attached.re:
Thanks for your comments. We acknowledge your position is that there is no wrongdoing with Bell’s installation, based on your Tiler’s comments about his own work. Just as we acknowledge the tile company who sent out their representative to inspect the tiles and the installation of them, where they highlighted the issues they found.

The small credit the tile company provided was a goodwill gesture based on the situation, it was not an admission of faulty tiles or compensation. They clearly provided their position in regards to the tiles and provided plenty of detail on the installation issue.

As the communication and assistance that was meant to take place from Bell and the Tiler ceased, we moved on to independent third parties to inspect the tiles and the tile job - all have stated that the tiles were incorrectly laid. Each company said the Tiler had used the wrong adhesive for a fiberglass pool, as seen in the images with the white mortar deposits seeping out and staining the side of the pool.

This was a Bell project and Bell should have sorted this out when this was brought to your attention over a year ago. Instead, we have been left to sort through this mess and rectify it ourselves.

We had an unusable sloping block with a dog and four cats, plus lots of wooden fencing. Mark and Scott came up with a great concept that has transformed our garden, veranda and deck and every being in the household is now using every inch (with perfect timing for lockdown).

Mark also has an enormous access to resources, so he was able to organise lighting, plumbing, tiling and stairs. Nothing was too much and he and his associates have all been incredibly efficient.

Mark is also a delight to work with and we do not hesitate in recommending Bell Landscaping.

From start to finish these guys were brilliant. Efficient, easy to communicate with - all round slick operation with lovely staff. We have used multiple landscapers to assist with maintenance in the past and these guys were able to deliver on time, on budget, quick and agile - true professionals taking pride in what they do.

Looking at Bell's previous work, I knew they were the landscape designers for us! Mark was professional from the outset, and his guys are some of the hardest workers I have ever seen! Our home life is now centred around our beautiful backyard, and we love it!

Mark and his team are really friendly, knowledgeable and great people to work with. Our roof and courtyard gardens are just gorgeous, and our outdoor area is perfect for our entertaining lifestyle. I would highly recommend Mark and his team.

Bell Landscape came highly recommended by our architect but we didn't imagine how good they would be until the process began. Starting wioth the first meeting with Mark and all getting to the same page pretty quickly. The first drawings were pretty much SPOT ON to our brief but with minor tweaks as we went along. The professionals engaged by Mark to execute the design were simply PROFESSIONAL. We received regular SMS messages through their Project Management system of what was happening the following day, whom to expect and at what time. They did a great job first time and cleaned up afterwards. They made the process more tolerable through drenching rain and heavy ground. This was an extensive make over of the a large site (approx 500 SQM of front and rear garden). Great ideas were introduced and executed to our delight.
The finished result is spectacular and the follow up service and maintenance is brilliant.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Unpleasant! Booked for an initial consultation last week to discuss what needs to be done for a monthly garden maintenance and a one off garden project.

The first consultation was scheduled for tomorrow (May 28) however I received a call late today (May 27) from Tina advising if I was able to afford their minimum charge for them to maintain our gardens? Fair enough however this should have been discussed upon booking! She also explained that a construction manager will have to come out separately to look at the other project and thats only if the estimated cost is within my budget. Again this should have been mentioned upon booking.

The expectation was set from the beginning that tomorrow's consultation is to discuss both requirements but she tried to claim that she did mentioned the whole process last week which obviously not the case hence she rang today!

Now we wasted a morning where we could have met another landscaper.
Glad we have not started working together. The booking experience was enough to reflect what I will get.
