Think twice.
The store manager is arrogant, I found a fault in the display tile, asking if it could be replaced if I found any in the delivered batch. He dodged the question and he replied with this "IF YOU ARE CONCERNED WITH THE QUALITY, YOU SHOULDN'T BUY IT", "I DON'T WANT ANY DRAMA".
What a great experience! I am now not just very concerned about the quality but also the service.

Ian and the guys at Beaumont Tiles Casula are so friendly and helpful. The tiles and other items ordered generally arrived on time for the bathroom renovations. Chris Fardy from Tiling Solutions Group did a great job with the bathroom renovations. Will definitely recommend Beaumont Tiles Casula for tiling and renovation supplies.

Just standing outside Beaumont Tiles Casual. Worst customer service I have witnessed in Australia. They didn't want us to stay in their showroom because our builder didn't have an account with their branch. The sales person told me on the face that they will be wasting their time giving us advice. Get the details from the builder about the branch they have the account with and go to them. I just thanked him to help me make the decision that my business is never going to Beaumont tiles.

I recently purchased tiles from the Beaumont store at Casula for a brand new house at Willowdale. After looking at various other tile stores I must say i was quite impressed regarding the time they spent with myself and the level of service they provided. They were very competitive on price and also held my tiles for 4 months as I had no storage of my own.
I would just like to thank them for their wonderful service!

Beaumont tiles Casula shame shame shame. Never to be trusted

Never ever trust [names removed] and their so called area manager [name removed]. I purchased tiles from beaumont tiles in Casula based on the advise I received from this liar ian. I was told that I would require app 298.92 sqms to cover the whole house and the outside except the wet areas. After the tiler finished I am left with 16 boxes of floor tiles even after we did the skirting. At the time of purchase I did not include the skirting. This person named above quoted me based on the plans that I provided him. I did at any stage say that I nee

ded that amount of tiles. He now refuses to take the excess tiles back even though it was his miscalulations. To my surprise he at one stage said that he also calculates for builders. That alone says a lot about a builder. Which good builder would ask a tiling store how much tiles they would need? If a builder asks a tile store to calculate this alone shows what a builder that would be. It is the blind leading the blind. I would warn any one and everyone not to have any dealings with this mob. They are crooked and not honest people especially Ian. Shame on you ian and Beaumont tiles Casula.

Been dealing with Ian and the guys at Beaumont tiles Casula, working together for a year now and have completed many jobs for them thanks to them recommending our work, bathroom renovations, floors etc, good prices, professional service and a great environment, keep up the good work mate and hope to deal with you guys for years to come. Great experience, as I've never brought tiles before it was a nice to go through the experience with a salesperson (Ian) who was so helpful and understanding - I just took in my bathroom measurements and the hardest part was picking the right tiles for me.
