Got a channel grate for my bathroom rebuild from Beaumont Tiles Casula. Ian was more than helpful. Very Impressed with their customer care and service. A busy little morning for them, and they were friendly and courteous to all customers, providing probably the best customer service I have seen in a while. Great selection to choose from to try and match our bathroom tiles for a minor renovation. Great customer service by Ryan. He was very helpful in trying to help me with a suitable match and kept me posted with delivery dates as the tiles I chose were not in stock. Would recommend this store to anyone. Staff were very helpful. Fernando the bathroom renovator was excellent. Very professional throughout the reno. Cleaned up as he went, there was no mess left at the end of each day. His tradies were also very professional. Very happy with the complete job.

Great service, a really great showroom where you can mix and match your tiles to find the combination that suits you personally. The staff are awesome with their tips and hints on what's trending. When I picked my order up it was on short notice but they were more than happy to dig my order out of the back of the warehouse on the spot.

I am pretty happy with the service received there at Casula Beaumont Tiles. Everyone is tremendously helpful and very profesional. I can't recommend any place better than this.

I wouldn't even give them a star. I didn't buy anything but when I did go into ask for assistance they didn't want a bar of me and found it hard to give me any type of information that didn't suit them. Would not even think twice about giving them my hard earned. They need to be better in the customer service department, maybe they just have too much money.
