25 Purchased tiles and bathroom appliances total of $6,000. On delivery of goods I noticed that I had received an additional 4 boxes of tiles that I had not ordered. In good faith I returned them. Did not check bathroom appliances delivered until several months later and realised that a pedestal was not delivered. Called them several times requesting to have the pedestal sent to me but they refused. They informed me that I had signed for the delivery and that I was responsible for the items. I tried to explain but they were not interested. I informed them that I had intended to purchase more bathroom appliances to renovate a second bathroom and laundry they did not care. I will never go back again very poor customer service. Don't waste your time.

Big selection of tiles to look through and decent prices. Was usually quite in the mornings on the weekend. Best time to visit.

Have just visited them for the SECOND time, and again left without being served, and only fleeting acknowledgement of our presence. It's not as if there was much happening in there on a Monday. Our patience has run out. Won't be back.
