Beaumont tiles at Lewisham have great collections. They were very helpful with the selection of tiles, vanity and tapware. I would highly recommend Lewisham store if you need any assistance. Great customer service.

Myself and my wife just came into the store looking to purchase some tiles. Upon entering the salesman was busy with other customers so we had a browse and found exactly what we were looking for. After 10min he was still with the customers so we went into the bathroom area to inspect the vanities as we are also looking for two of these. There were two ladies seated at desks who did not acknowledge us when we walked past, and after a few minutes one even got up to look at a product less than a metre from where we were without as much as a greeting. We then went back to the tile area to find it empty, and saw the salesman outside on his phone. He briefly looked at us through the door before going back to his phone.
After nearly 20min it was abundantly clear how disinterested in making a sale the staff here were so we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. The customer service (or lack thereof) was some of the worst I have ever experienced.

Edit: Thank you for your generic copy and pasted response from which it appears that although you acknowledge a customers complaint it will not be considered unless further escalated. It’s no wonder that there are in store customer service issues if this is the standard set by head office.

Can't recommend Beaumont Tile Lewisham highly enough. From the first call to the final supply, the communication has always been a pleasant and honest; and Vik did such a great job transforming my small bathrooms with a design that gives it a very modern and spacious feel. I would easily recommend them, and have done so.
This was my first time renovating bathroom. I had so many questions and did not know where to start. Vik tirelessly gave me much ideas and advice throughout the project. The knowledge, professionalism and reliability have made my renovation experience so much easier and less costly.
From tile, mirror, vanity, tapware to shower and toilet, Beaumont was my final choice of everything for my new bathroom. My tiler compliments the high quality of my tiles by how durable they are with no crackings during installation as he would normally see. I am extremely happy with the products I have purchased. I can't wait to share my finishing product with you all!

They sent us the wrong vanity and sent 2 toilets without the seats! They then tried to shift thr blame onto our builder and refused to send replacements even though they had already made mistakes with the vanity and other parts of the order. Double check what you receive.

Penny at Beaumont Tiles is clearly a very experienced designer who was able to create a look for our new bathroom and laundry room, over as many sessions as we needed to finalise the tile elements. She was great to work with, easy to make a time with, and I would highly recommend her service.

I have been purchasing tiles from Beaumont Tiles for my renovation projects over the past few years and have been satisfied with their product range and quality. Normally, I use a different store because my tradesman is from that area and can coordinate the delivery for me. However, this time my renovation has a Victorian style, so I visited the Lewisham store which has antique-style dot tiles and Victorian/Federation tiles on display that other Beaumont Tiles stores do not carry. Unfortunately, these tiles were not available online, and we had to contact the salesperson, Penny, to get a quote. Our initial interaction was fine. We received quotes for the dot tiles without their size. The timeline of dispatch was a bit longer than we anticipated, so we decided to source one colour from another store to get the tiling work started first and buy another colour from the Lewisham store that can come in a bit later, which fit nicely with our renovation timeline, we just needed to make sure that the size matches with each other so I explained my situation and checked with her on the size. We never received a quote for the Federation tiles, even though I provided the exact measurements after Penny's initial feedback that she needed exact measurements for the quote instead of a price per square meter.

After following up through emails a few times without any response, I called Penny to see what was going on. Upon recognising me, she became extremely impatient, interrupted me when I tried to explain things, and kept insisting on her interpretation of my intentions. She claimed that I sought quotes from her all the time (in reality she only gave me one quote for the dot tiles) to compare with online prices and that my request for the tile sizes was unreasonable, among other things. She continued with an attitude that suggested, "we are professional designers and architects and have no time for you. " I remained silent and let her vent.

Honestly, this entire experience was patronising and even abusive. I purchased tiles from the Beaumont Tiles brand as recently as two weeks ago and never expected this. No exceptional product is worth being mistreated by staff. I would not recommend anyone to buy tiles from this store.

Just got back from ordering tiles, vanity unit and taps etc from this amazing place. We were lucky to find Penny and she guided us through the showroom and was just amazing. SO helpful and so knowledgeable.

Unbelievable service. Jeet was incredibly accommodating for us throughout our somewhat large renovation. There were points in time when it was clear we ran out of particular tiles - Jeet was super responsive and went over and above to have extra tiles delivered.

If I ever renovate again (hopefully not anytime soon) I'll be coming back here for sure.

These guys are amazing. Very spot on with their product knowledge, great variety of tiles and they referred me their trades person and made my work load very less. I was lucky enough to meet Penny as I was heading out of the door overwhelmed by the huge range of tiles and my inability to visualise my future bathroom. It started with a single tile and she helped me to build up a vision. We ended up buying most of the taps sink etc from Beaumonts and there were times I deferred to her as she knew the stock and how the size of things fitted together. Our bathroom looks amazing. The rest of the house.not so much. I can not recommend the service and speed to get things together even to the detail of ensuring an extra required box of tile required matched the original batch.

Jeet came through and helped us with our bathroom tile selection. Looked after us all the way, including the sourcing of additional tiles from the same batch. An absolute gentleman to deal with.

I have attempted to visit Beaumont three times over two days and despite their voicemail saying they open at 9am, they do not. 9.15am now and still no sign of life or anyone answering the phones. I'll go elsewhere.

Service was not the best, a lot of products to chose from but even though i was walking around the shop for 15 mins no one came to ask me if i needed help or was ok. I had to go to the front desk and actually ask of someone could help me. I was just dressed casually so perhaps if i had dressed up a bit more i would have been served a bit faster, but you should never judge a book by its cover.

We bought bathroom tiles and floor heating from this shop. The lady, who appeared to be the manager/owner was rude and unhelpful when we tried to obtain a refund for the floor heating as the type we were provided differed to the description on the sales receipt and so confused our tradesperson who was tasked with installing it. It was a small, light weight item and yet we were charged a 20% ($90) restocking fee. Buyer beware this shop will also charge a restocking fee even when the product has not yet been delivered.

Great place. We shopped at the Auburn store - the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Jaydon's customer service was 110%. Reasonable prices for decent quality.

I went into this store with two bathrooms to do and was completely lost! Had a fantastic experience. Monnia was a great help and stuck with me for 2 hours while I picked everything from tiles to taps. She emailed me a full quote the next day and we finalised everything within a few days. Great customer service!
