If you like Red Necked Wallabies (and let's face it, who doesn't?) Goannas walking through your site and absolute beach frontage, then this is for you. Being able to sit next to the van looking straight at the ocean is something you don't get at every park - though that does mean you're fairly exposed if the weather turns. Sites are flat and kept mown by the local macropod population. Amenities were very good with kitchen and pizza oven. Basic supplies (and ice creams) in the office - I don't think there are any shops at Potato Point. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The lake walk is also worth while - more for the stroll through the Spotted Gum forest at the back of the park. The cheesery at Bodalla and Tuross Head are both worth the reasonably short drive too.

I don’t generally like caravan parks but this is an exception. It’s a wonderful, friendly and clean park. Relaxed vibe with large sites.

We stayed here over the Easter break. We liked the place but unfortunately our sites were full of ticks, everyone in my group (20+ people) got bitten by at least 3 ticks, including a newborn so had to cut the trip short. Site management knew about the abundant presence of ticks but failed to informed us and did not take any preventative measures to help mitigate them, like mowing the grass or having a simple dirt path to the bathrooms and office. I contacted them about this and their response was very poor. Not going back.

Don't know why this place doesn't have more reviews, but it's a stunning location to stay at! Facilities are clean and well taken care of. TONSSSS of wallabies (and Kanagroos? I think) roaming the area, really quite an experience to wander at night from your campsite to the camp toilet and making sure you don't step on one (or their droppings!). A bit of a dirt road to get to the location (in case you have a low-clearance car) but it all helps to immerse you. The camp site really feels like a private and cosy section of potato point like its in its own world. Staff was friendly too!

Best camping site, that I’ve been for a long time! Great location directly at the beach, lots of lovely kangaroos, friendly staff, and clever facilities.

Potato point is a great place to camp, camp sites are right on the edge of the beach, the sites are very generous so you're not jammed in like sardines and are very well grassed. There are no powered sites and no water on the sites. The beach is not patrolled, but didnt seem to have much of a rip or big swell on our trip. The beach is really clean and great for kids to swim or play in the sand. They provide good fire pits, but remember to bring your own wood as its not cheap to buy at reception. A small kids play park is provided with a few swings and slides. The showers and toilets were well maintained and kept clean. Water pressure was good and hot showers don't have timers like some other camp sites. They have rain water that can be used to fill up drinking jerry cans. They have a great wood fired pizza oven that you can book for a period, and they provide dough balls for $4. There is an amazing amount of wildlife that are friendly as, including kangaroos, wallabies, emus, goanna, bandicoots and the occasional snake. Reception ask you not to feed the wildlife. Highly recommend this place, and I will be back for a longer trip than a long weekend.

Watch out for ticks, but besides that ENJOY! I've never seen anything like the amount of kangaroo, wallaby, and emu running wild around here (and we've heard wombats as well but didn't see any). Camping on the beach was fantastic, particularly with the animals on the beach.

A very enjoyable stay with friendly staff and good facilities. It was not very busy which I enjoyed and it’s a little isolated but the reception sells most items you may need. The reception were also very helpful when our key broke- thank you.

Very clean cabins and friendly staff. Overlooking the beach and with a lot of wildlife in wilderness, just a short drive from Potato Point

We really liked our stay here. Unpowered site between the lake and short walk to the beach. Swans and Wallabies everywhere. Clean amenities. The beach was a little foamy but kids loved that too.

Staff was very friendly and polite over the phone when we were booking a camp site. Facilities are very clean. The only thing is the place gets really crowded over the holiday season.

Best. Campground. Ever. Super friendly staff and clean facilities. Must try the pizza oven and hang out with the kangaroos, there's probably about 100 of them at any point in time!

Beachcomber holiday park is amazing! I recently booked a spot in the unpowered camping section for 4 people. It was my first time camping here, and I was so impressed. I think this is a perfect first camping spot for anyone who hasn’t properly camped before as it has everything you need. We snagged a nice spot by the beach, overlooking the ocean and the pristine views of the ocean, and we also had a nice little bonfire to ourselves. The amenities are super clean, tidy & well presented – and not to mention, there are hot showers located here too! There are so many beautiful kangaroos out and about, eating grass and chilling all day and night. There is also an awesome woodfire pizza oven, which I highly recommend you use (make sure to book it). Absolutely loved my time camping here, and I will definitely be back!

4.5 stars. What a spectacular view of the beach and with heating facility at the shower area. Highly recommend to watch the sunrise or sunset on one of your stay. We went for the traditional camping with a big group for 2 nights and 3days.they also have a playground for kids and private cabins if camping old-school way is not your style. Just bout 25mins from narooma cbd which is handy. FYI mobile service most of the camp area is unavailable so be bear that in mind. If you got telstra then no worries. Ps. Photo is from bermy which forms part of stunning eurobodalla coast.

Wonderful, natural environment, with wildlife abounding. Right on the beach. Cabins super comfy and camping sites are beautiful. Managers of the park are outstanding.efficient, personable and interested.
Unfortunately the recei severe storms affected the beach itself, but that is noone's fault but Mother Nature (or climate change.)
