Backstory: I had fractured and dislocated my ankle in Feb 2020 in a Breakdancing related accident. I had 3 surgeries in 2 days. Was set in a cast for 3 months.

I had started sessions with Jeff in June 2020. I basically had to re-learn how to walk, run and jump. But by Aug 2020 I was back to doing everything and even breakdancing again.

Jeff's knowledge is extensive and second to none, he knows how to tailor each session's exercises specifically to your needs. This coupled with his great coaching style and professionalism helped me break past my limits to get the best results possible.

Would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone in need of a physio.

I've been around quite a few physios and have been seen by quite a few as well and I can say that Jeff is top notch. Not only does he know what he's talking about, he genuinely cares about you. He makes sure you leave with no questions unasked and spends quality time during the session instead of rushing you out the door.
