Baysictechnique really know what they are doing. The staff here are amazing and extremely welcoming. Zaki is fantastic with great knowledge on technical situations. I come here for a knee injury and he was extremely helpful with giving advise and excises along with great massages. Jeff the owner is extremely welcoming and always makes sure all he’s clients are happy with the treatment. Highly recommend this place and all the Physio’s here!

Couldn’t recommend Mathew any more than I can, helped me out with a pre existing injury, and guided me to be able to start going to the gym,

I only had two sessions with Jeff, and felt a massive improvement on my knee injury.it was hard to pinpoint what was causing the pain.but Jeff had me do exercises on my hamstring and it helped so much.

The knowledge and experience definitely shows with this physiotherapy group! Definitely recommend coming back.

Sustained overuse injuries in my arm through poor recovery/form and was referred to Jeff. I started my physiotherapy at the beginning of April and safe to say within the past two months, I was given a solid foundation of knowledge and treatment I needed to get back on track with my training.

I was experiencing tricep/shoulder/forearm pain which led to weak grip strength. Affected my everyday performance and I was concerned for my long term health. Jeff was able to distinguish the root of the pain and provided a road map to recovery. We started with the fundamentals and progressively implemented more specific exercises to develop grip strength and minimise muscle tightness. I’m now back in the gym and feeling good about making my 100% recovery.

Highly recommend Jeff and the team for your health needs, they’re very experienced in their field and i’d return again if I needed to. From great consultations and exercises to combat injury, these guys are definitely worth seeing!

Had multiple sessions over a few months as I recovered from an ankle sprain. Jeff, Sharoz and the team have been so incredibly supportive and helpful throughout every session. I feel confident finishing up my sessions that I'll be able to continue my excersises and completely heal my ankle.

I was refereed to Baysictechnique Physiotherapy after an unfortunate car accident in August 2021. I have been seeing Jeff and his team of physiotherapist. They are all professional, knowledgeable and caring. This is a superb physio centre where the patient is always put first. I'm very impressed with the way the problem is analysed and how personalized the exercise program is. Jeff and his team spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understand what needs to be corrected and can better manage similar issues in the future. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physio treatment. I’ve been having really bad headaches until I started seeing Jeff and in only the first session he knew what I was experiencing was cervogenic headaches. After a few sessions my headaches were gone and my neck feels much better.

Very professional service, highly recommend. I checked in with terrible lower back and pelvic pain which I suffered for months. Fortunately I was able to resolve my issues and rehabilitate my body after a few sessions with Sharoz.

Came into Baysictechnique with a right lateral strain, the boys there took me under their wing and made sure they got to the root of the problem and get me back up to full strength. They were welcoming and full of support! Highly recommended for any of your injuries!
