Happy to have purchased an outdoor dining set from Bay Gallery. I’m especially impressed with the degree of professionalism and customer service provided by their Delivery Service. This is an area which let’s down most furniture retailers - customer service extending as far as the completion of transaction and the delivery phase becoming a separate issue and lowering of service. Not so with Bay Gallery. Their two-man delivery team, not only arrived ahead of time, but also rendered an excellent service in putting together the furniture - thanks guys - much appreciated.

Fantastic customer support on excellent quality products. Had an issue with the freight company that did the delivery damaging an egg chair and refusing to sort it, and these guys resolved it, even though they were contractually obliged to. Brilliant service

We recently bought an outdoor suite of brushed wicker furniture from Bay Gallery at Penrith in Sydney. We only had to wait 3 weeks for delivery and are really pleased with the product. It was certainly well priced and delivery was very cheap. The staff at Bay Gallery were friendly and helpful and the team who delivered the furniture, were excellent. Beautiful outdoor lounge - great price - good communication and delivery. I had thought that I might need to do a lot of assembly but it came mostly assembled. Very comfortable. Bay Gallery had a great selection. Their service in store was great. The lady was so helpful and patient and put togther a great package deal. Delivery was super fast and well organised. The guys at the office were spot on with delivery schedule and were very professional upon delivery. Highly recommend them and will use them again for sure!

We spent a lot of time looking for outdoor furniture and have visited most retailers in Sydney with mixed results. Once we came across Bay Gallery, the range, customer service and quality is by far the best. They have a lot of furniture on display but make sure you visit their website where range is much bigger.
