Great temperature water and play area pool for the kids. All very neat and clean. Great pool!

Adequate parking including disabled, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities for managing disabled people, many pools of different depths and sizes, water-slide, a popular family fun centre, and good coffee as well!

We love going to the pool here! The staff are always friendly and the swimming lessons are effective and fun. The indoor water slide is such a fun element. Perfect for families:)

Double checked the pool was open on their website which it stated it was. On arrival we were told only lessons, laps or rehabilitation swimming was allowed and that their website " is unreliable and you should ignore it". Asked if we could take my daughter for a lap swim which they said no to. Very disappointed, very poor management and clear communication, probably won't return due to the incapability.

Best centre on the south coast/Shoalhaven. Great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Love going to the gym there

Have started going to the gym here. It's okay at the moment but lots of covid measures in place. Staff are great, friendly helpful and polite. Lots of help and good advice. Once everything gets back to normal it will be great. I go at a quiet time and it's always clean and tidy. Staff cleaning regularly. The pool area looks big and was busy at the weekend, lots of families. Really enjoying it here.

Just came in to find out about gym membership. Place is really clean and not busy at this time of year. Really helpful and friendly staff member who gave me all the details and explained everything. Excellent service. Just got to fill in the paperwork and then back to the gym.

Has great pool and spa plus gym and a winding slide. Also has food and swimwear etc for sale.
Two pools indoors, one starts at 1.3m up to 1.8m and then kiddies pool, they have sloping from 0.0 to 1.3m plus the bubbles for little ones to enjoy. Bigger pool is 28degrees and other smaller one is 33degrres I would say spa is approximately 36degrees.

Its good for a fun family day out the staff are really nice and helpful we go there alot every school holidays my Nan lives down that way so we call it nans pools I can't remember how long we have called it that I only know it by that name. Lol. They have a kids pool a slide which is awesome for all ages a heated and not heated pool which is great for all year round.

Very cramped and badly laid out gym area with no privacy glass so people tend to stand and stare at people working out as well as allowing people to attend with horrendously bad B. O. Workers are pretty lazy when it comes to ensuring equipment is maintained, kept tidy, and sorted out in the gym so finding the correct equipment or weight plates is more of a hassle than anything else. If you've never been to a gym before its best to pay for at least one training session here as they'll give zero basic instruction and then walk past you even if you're showing dangerously poor form that could lead to injury.

Pool area is also difficult to use at times as they refuse to touch the lane ropes so 2/3rds of the main pool is cut off by lane ropes even though the lanes get very little use through the day or hold aqua classes so there's very little space left with deafeningly loud music and instructions yelled over the PA.

The place definitely needs better management and a redesign to be larger and better equipped.

My first day and went through the gym equipment with Darren who started my program slowly and gently as I have a couple of problems. They are very active in regards to sterilizing the equipment. An enjoyable experience so far lol

This is a great indoor heated pool, spa and slide for younger kids (spa for over 18ys) they have replaced the seating which is great but, because of what the are 2 in 1 pool cover rolls/seating it is very close to the pool where you easily get wet if just spectating. Trading hours have always been a bit ridiculous being so short especially on a weekend.

This place not only needs but would benefit from expansion with outdoor heated pools and sports areas in and outdoors. A sauna and definetly a waterpark with more slides following on to the outside area for the little ones. This place could be so much better and would certainly get the clientele to fund it.

I went to Power class yesterday. Outdoors, limited numbers (necessary to book), strict social distancing, all equipment is cleaned before and after class + Our highly competent instructor gave options for those with less experience and for those who are fit and experienced.
I have been walking during isolation times.but really needed this workout which included whole body. Highly recommend for all. Much appreciation to the Leisure Centre.keep these classes coming.

Attend the leisure centre regularly and participate in aqua aerobics classes. All instructors are great & all staff very efficient & friendly.

Spend 3 days there with friends and family spend over $60 on entry daily and even more on food my child dropped an ice cream as soon as they opened it they wouldn’t replace it. To me that’s poor, and bad customer service will not go back there.

Unfortunately when I was there the pools had to be closed because there was poo in them. We moved into the baby pool and it took staff over 40 minutes to tell us that they were on the same filter system and that they also had to shut that pool. Really disappointed that only one person on shift seemed to know that and it took that long to get the appropriate messaging out to swimmers

Great centre with good facilties, very conveniant for young kids and toddlers, Stuff was not very helpful, but i guess thats how it is these days everywhere.

Be there twice now for a swim and they have good service a good price the water in the pool is not too deep and I love it there.

It's good. Great for kids and family and has a spa, slide, lap pool and general pool and has a very happy atmosphere that is great for family's and makes you never wanna leave.
