Battery World

I broke down on the Pacific Highway close to the hospital opposite Battery World. I phoned and explained my dilemma. Employee came over in bosses car and put a new battery in. I followed him back to the store where they tested my old battery and disposed of it for me.
The guys went the extra mile for me I'm 100% super impressed. Thanks so much.

I was informed by the supposed experts that my under warranty batteries were all good
But they wont hold charge over night
Never again battery world your warranty is worthless

Wonderful service from Father and Son team Paul and Jared. Went in for a pink slip. Quick and efficient. Very welcoming, friendly and comfortable energy. Would highly recommend this store.

Excellent service and they did me a great deal on my car battery. They went above and beyond to help me and came out to jump start me to get me to battery world. Couldnt be happier with the service and. Jared was so very polite and helpful. Just dont find that kind of service anywhere these days. Very pleasant and will always go there from here on in and will recommend them to any and all. Cannot express enough how impressed with the service i was. 10/10 boys

Excellent service. Even if they can't get the battery, they will shop around for you to get the item, preferably local. Highly recommend.

Good shop and we'll located, I would have rated higher but I ordered a battery, relied on it and the lady couldn't find it and wasn't listening to me describe it.

Paul was very professional and efficient. I contacted him when I went to start the car and noticed the battery had died, he came to my house straight away and fitted the new battery and I was on my way. Would highly recommend.

Paul is wonderful as are the other staff. I was a damsill in distress with deadlines to meet that day my car didn't start. He got the Ol girl going and I met my schedule on time, he also put the power in my hands by showing me what to do if the problem arises again. I have recommended this place to friends and family before and I know why, can't go wrong with this service. Affordable, fast and a friendly can do kind of people. Great!

My experience with this business was excellent, after being quoted $100 more for the same product at Supercheap I went here, the book specifying the required batteries was incorrect (as it was at Supercheap) so the franchisee delivered the new, correct battery to where my car was and installed it free of charge, on boxing day. Highly recommend this business.

Almost impossible to locate as signpost for the address was pointed in wrong direction causing wasted time trying to find premises without suitable signage on their premises. Others were having same difficulties while we were there.

Jared helped us out alot with charging and testing two of our batteries whilst we were waiting for an alternator to arrive. Top customer service and plenty of helpful information.
