Battery World

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Battery World Coffs Harbour. The service was far below expectations, particularly in their interactions with elderly customers, which I found to be disrespectful and unprofessional. Additionally, the use of legal threats in response to service issues is unacceptable. It's disheartening to see a business behave in such a manner. They should really reconsider their approach to customer service. One star.

Great service, great problem solving all very experienced, friendly team, got us sorted to be able to get going over Christmas at what we thought would be weeks waiting but all sorted in 2 - 3 hrs, thanks guys.

Always friendly and helpful, swapped my undersized car battery (thanks, previous owner), don't charge for the work done.

Very disappointed. Had a battery booked to be replaced under warranty by Jarrod, all ok. Drove car in to get battery replaced and got questioned why it was getting replace by Ross. Made a big drama of it. Not a good look when it was all approved. Ended up replacing the battery anyway and stressing my wife out with tears.

Very quick and efficient testing of my current battery and replacement with the best battery for my car.

I gave up on anybody helping me and went to the opposition. I understand that only one person was on but even a nod would have at least reassured me. Twenty minutes is a long time

I will never be going back again, the work I asked them to do was not done as I asked, the work was very unprofessional incomplete and messy.

Paul and his staff are excellent. Testing, charging and recommendations, good technical information and a huge range of good quality batteries.

The dreaded Flat battery, raining, and blocking in the other car. Called 8.10 in the morning and the guy said they were currently busy and he would call back. Waited 30 minutes and no call back. Then called their number to book a home call out and was told she would get someone to call me back to book in. Still waiting 2 days later for a response!
In the meantime another Battery Company came to my home within the hour of that morning and fitted a new battery

A few weeks ago on our trip back from Queensland to Newcastle the battery in our Outback was playing up. By the time we got to Ballina it was clear we needed a replacement. We needed a special 'stop start' battery, not available everywhere. So we rang the nearest Battery World which was Coffs Harbour. They had the one we needed. But it was Saturday and they closed at 2pm. It was midday and we were in Ballina 2 hours away! The young man, Jordan, said not to worry he would wait for us. We arrived just on 2pm and he was ready with his trolley and the battery and a few minutes later we were good to go. He was a charming and knowledgeable young man, we felt no pressure to rush off. Not many young people (or not so young) would be willing to hang around until after closing time on a Saturday. He was a pleasure to deal with and made a stressful situation much less stressful. I hope Battery World appreciate what a treasure they have in Jordan.

The boys at Battery World are the best, helpful and polite. I was helped ro get a replacement battery in my car today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 10 OUT OF 10. I was such a pleasant change to be treated with respect and all the help

Flat battery away on holidays, called to get advice and 20mins later new battery and problem solved! Fantastic service and advice! Highly recommended, great assistance and friendly staff.

My mother's car had gone flat first thing in the morning, she needed to get medication. I was at work and unable to assist, called the boys at Battery World and within the hour they drove their and fixed the issue, they let me pay over the phone at a great price and gave my mum further advice and quality service. Would recommend to anyone and have already! Keep it up guys, customer for life.
