Got a call out on Saturday for roadside assistance. Battery world were efficient and punctual. He even opened the store up for me so I could by a new battery replacement. Thank you

The young man was awsome I've only just got my dream commodore and my battery went flat I had a heart attack but the man sorted my stormy out in less then 10min had brandnew battery heavy duty battery in her that can support her power all hooked up ready to go price was awsome he was awsome got heaps of warranty I reccomend battery world to all and specially ladys the fellows look after you make you feel special and of course your car feels special too thank you battery world

Took my Toyota Hilux 3 times to recharging the aircon because they couldn’t find the problem, payed $500 they didn’t fix my aircon on my Toyota hilux.

I had to get a dual purpose battery in a hurry. Emailed Battery World Maitland on a Sunday. They didn't have what I wanted in stock. Battery had to be ordered in and arrived the following Tuesday. Absolutely fantastic service. I highly recommend this group to anyone in the Hunter region.

Went to the strore to seek help and get the right battery for a work equipment. Only 1 customer was being served. Stood behind him and was completely ignored by the owner who stood at the desk and not bother to look or offer assistance. Felt insulted left the store with both watching did not care. Appalling service.

The guys supplied and filled with acid, the battery that came dry with my fire pump from another supplier. Good service!

Stood in the store where three staff members didn't acknowledge my presence for 10 minutes. I'm happy to wait but a "be with you shortly" wouldn't hurt. When a staff member walked past me to answer the phone I decided to drive across the road to buy a battery from AutoPro for $40 less. They were happy to take my waste battery and even let me borrow a spanner to change battery myself.

Telephoned to enquire about stock. Disinterested person on end of the phone asked me to take a photo and email with spec and qty, etc to her which I promptly did. After 48 hrs of not hearing back, I went online and place and order elsewhere. Order arrived promptly within 4 days of placement online. I won't place future business nor will I recommend this franchisee to others. They don't care. Why should I?
