Excellent service from Battery World Maitland. Our Tiguan battery failed, they fit a new battery immediately and was cheaper than original battery.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
I will return in the future

Called over a week ago to upgrade my caravan battery and solar. Still waiting on a return call. I’ve used these guys at Maitland at least ten times previously. I did notice on the call when discussing the work, that the person I talked to had attitude and I would of preferred honesty if they don’t want to do the work. Though he was the one that said he would call me back to arrange for me to bring my van in to quote on it.
I have had work done here before on my old car, purchased batteries for cars and tractors, and a few other items in the past ten years. Will not be using them again and will spend my money elsewhere.

Dorian is the best employee I have ever come across. He spent ages talking me through the specifics of my dcdc charger properly and went above and beyond to make sure my installation was successful when my 12V system blew up half way through a camping trip far from home. Just amazing service and a great dude

Tried calling twice when stuck with a flat battery. Left a message both times and no one bothered to return a call. Went elsewhere and was happy with the service and help I got from them. Go elsewhere where they actually want your business is my advice.

Staff are friendly, helpful and offer to replace batteries in items where they can. Stock levels are usually high for just about every battery in the world, lol

I've been going to Battery World Maitland for some years now, always received fairdinkum quality advice and customer service.

No pressure to buy unnecessary products. In some instances they could have kept quiet and sold me new batteries and made more money off me, but instead said no, all I needed was for the battery to be charged up (motorbikes sitting too long and AGM type battery down to approx half charge, 6V).

They were correct as usual and charged the batteries for me.

Also offered advice on trickle charge maintenance and showed me what I'd need, how it works, what their products are, but did not ram them down my throat and push the sale harshly like some other places try.

This allowed me to go home and carefully consider things in my own time.

Much appreciated, straight up old fashioned fairdinkum Aussie customer service, always feel valued!

Have to say, customer service at its best today! Needed a battery in the car, Kate came to my workplace to work out exactly what battery I needed, then sent a lovely man down to fit the battery, all in the rain I must add. Very helpful staff. I needed to replace my second battery. They had a suitable replacement at $300. The original was a $100 farm battery which lasted 4 years, so I'm hoping this one lasts a LOT longer. Most camping batteries have M8 connections but I needed lead posts. I'll have to make adapters to suit M8 for next time.
