Bathurst Visitor Information Centre reviews
40The staff at Bathurst Visitor Information Centre are extremely helpful and kind. They provided us with good maps to help us on our journey and gave us a good tour and provided us free masks. I strongly recommend Bathurst Visitor Information Centre.
. They have free toilets and big space for car park and table on the gardren
also can purchase to coffee in the cafe.
We were surprised by ho average the experience was, we came in mid morning weekday, no one manning the counters no record taking (given the covid issue) when someone finally came out they were more intent on getting back to their internal confab that helping us e.g. We were blown off when we asked for a recommendation on cafes in town that they didn't drink coffee! How disappointing.
Five stars great help greeted by two lovely ladies very informative on the area. Thank ladies keep up the great work.
What a great visitors center. They had some very nice things we could get for souvenirs. The ladies there were very friendly and very helpful.
This is a well kept, tidy facility that is available for tourist information pretty much all year round. It is also makes a good rest stop with fairly clean toilets, some sheltered outdoor areas, airconditioning inside and off street parking (not suitable for trucks).
Great place to stop.
Sorry to mention the clean toilets but they are very useful.
Kind people work there.
Lots of brochures to help find visitors places.
Great place for coffee and meal very friendly think more people would go if council had more signs
Good food and coffee, clean toilets. Some parking for those towing caravans or trailers. Possibly the easiest place to stop if passing through Bathurst.
A great place to stop. Has a separate cafe on the side. Very fresh and tasty. Coffee is fantastic.
They have all the information you need for the area and a great customer service from the staff
Full range of guides to the local area and staff were attentive and helpful. There is a restored coach in the building and a nearby cafe.
Helpful staff, but I was disappointed with the lack of local produce to buy. There is plenty of room to offer quality food and craft.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended if you are visiting this beautiful town. Lots of useful information.
Spoke to Wendy, who provided me with sterling service. It's such a pleasure to recieve impeccable help these days, when most people simply don't want to be bothered.
Thank you Wendy! 5 stars!
Great spot to stop and have a break. Park car under the willow trees, visit the interesting Railway Museum and then have a coffee and yummy treat to spoil yourself. The meals looked good thigh we didn't have one there.
The manager recommended nrma caravan park for accommodation.totally rundown our cabin.i saw the $3MIL spent building new cabins, however the existing needs a complete demolish and replacing.run down, i would not be referring this accommodation until you see the state of the older cabins that i unfortunately got placed in.not a pleasant stay at all.
Great place to stop over for and also clean amenities which is always wonderful to have when stopping and needing to relieve oneself lol make sure to stretch your legs around near the oval and have a kick of a ball with your family
Nice lady at visitors centre. Forgot to give me the map as she said she would.after another customer came in behind me.
