Update:
one week later, they send me a new cistern, however, same problem, it does seems like the leak happened in the cistern outlet valve, it doesn't seal back properly after you flush it and I do feel like it's a manufacturing issue. I end up buying a new toilet in Bunning.

Not happy, bought 2 toilet suites 3 week ago, one of them start leaking recently. Tried to contact them over the phone, but the lady over the phone ask me to write a email.however, the email take 24-48 hours to reply. I'm not sure how long this is going take to resolved

Do not use this company - worst customer service. They told me our product would be delivered over a month ago, and have had no updates since. I am constantly calling but their phones are down and they don't reply to emails. Not worth the cost savings!

Even with very large items (e.g. Freestanding bath), the shipping process has always been quick and smooth.
If you wait for the major sales the prices are extremely good value.

Called twice before and after purchase to confirm the bath tub i was after.confirmed both times the availability and shipment even then delivered wrong bath.to make it worst started offering discount if builder can make it fit instead of return.couldn't believe it.had tight timeline had to find another bath and reschedule builders start date which he was not happy about.really bad experience.refund transferred quicks though

Pickup of my items were no fuss, James helped us load the items in the car and even assisted with a return the same day as one of my items unfortunately didn't fit.
